Ryogaiyama is located in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, at an altitude of 251m. The summit is the remains of the main citadel of Ashikaga Castle, and at the foot of the mountain is Ashikaga Orihime Shrine, famous for matchmaking. To get to Ryogaiyama, start hiking in the direction of Orihime Park, which offers a panoramic view of Ashikaga City. We really had a great time visited several Parks in Japan, namely Goryokaku Park, Hitachi Seaside Park, Ashikaga Flower Park which offerred extensive varieties of flowers.
