You can book the tickets from Klook, kkday or Trip.com before you come, however if you come early in the morning, you can get the ticket here as well when it's not too crowded. It's about 10 minutes drive from Hoi An old town (people normally take a Grab here which cost around 80.000 VND), but i also found that we can take a boat here from one of the docks from Hoi AN river (Bến Bạch Đằng) but it may be more cumbersome. We hop on the big round "coconut" boat and the guide will take us round the water village. To be honest, nothing really special here, just the experience you get to ride on the basket and there;s some performance the operators try to attract tourists. The whole ride is about 40 minutes :) The ticket we purchased included a coconut drink at the end of the ride, pretty refreshing coconut we had and that's all. #celebratewithtrip
