Address: Common Man Stan, 1, 12 Stanley St, 068730 Price: $35/pp I booked a staycation nearby at Park Royal Pickering and was trying to search for breakfast on a public holiday weekend. Many shops were closed but luckily this one was open. Really nice peaceful ambiance. If you come here in the morning of any weekend, you'll see that it's a hangout for cyclist and gym goers. We ordered: 1. Common Man Fluffy Pancakes - 7/10 Pancake served with caramelized bananas, walnuts, salted caramel sauce, nutty crumble and berry coulis. The first few bites were delicious but the portion is way to big for a breakfast. Definitely something you can share but I wish there were some salt elements to balance out the flavours. I wish they would have an option for half it's portion. 2. Croissant Croque Monsieur - 8/10 Croissant served with provolone cheese, ham, mustard and bechamel sauce. A better breakfast option as the portion was just right. The croissant was not too buttery nor flakey if you are into that. Otherwise everything else was great. 3. Hot chocolate - 8/10 Delicious but wish they were more generous with the milk. 4. Latte - 10/10 Nothing special but they make really good coffee. Note: They have a couple outlets in Singapore. #singapore

Until the last day in Singapore, there were still many cafes I felt I had to visit before returning home. I decided to go to Common Man because of their unforgettable coffee collaboration with Shake Shack, even if it meant taking the bus multiple times and walking a lot. There's a reason this place is highly praised! I enjoyed the flowers (!!!) that came with the pancakes and the juiciest burger paired with really delicious coffee. Common man coffee roaster is located at Martin road at the East, finally get to try this hype place after seeing so many good reviews! This place is always crowded, so make sure you come on a non peak hours. I love the design of the place, reminds me of some of the cafes in Melbourne. I was attracted by the interesting signature coffee menu, ordered their signature yuzu coffee to try and it was really good! The coffee is slightly sour but can taste the yuzu taste, it paired so well with the carbonara. The carbonara was really tasty as well, tasted authentic. It will be more great if they can give more bacon, but it’s tasty enough. I also ordered a sandwich which was really good as well, love how fluffy is the focaccia bread and the herb on the bread. The fries was good as well, they added some paprika powder which adds the extra kick to it. Overall we enjoyed this meal, good place to catch up with friends as well!

They are famous for their coffee beans and coffee drinks. It's perfect! Robust, full bodied and aromatic. I came here just for their coffee, and I had a cuppacino and iced mocha. Nothing complicated but it was so good! If you come here for brunch, you won't be disappointed either. Heard that their Pancakes are good. So why not hop by Common man coffee Roasters cafe some day!

We love the casual, relaxing atmosphere of this cafe! Cubanos sandwich was on point! The bread was excellent, with a fluffy and chewy texture and a pronounced rosemary flavour. Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food.
