Jien and I paid the Damansara Heights outlet a visit the following week when we had an appointment nearby. If there’s one thing to note about Croisserie, it’s their consistency. We’ve tried the same items five times (both in-store and takeaway) and there were slight variations in terms of quality. On some days, the Kouign Amann (RM6) is amazing but there were two occasions when this wasn’t quite on-point.

The famous bakery moved to a new location in the high-end area. The store was upgraded to a two-story building. There was a long queue outside, and there was a awning to shade the sun, which made the alley outside have the atmosphere of a Western street. After entering the store, all the pastries were dazzling, which really made people have difficulty choosing. There were so many that they wanted to come. Behind the counter was the bakery, and all the desserts and breads were freshly baked. After paying the bill, I went up to the second floor, where there were many seats and bar seats. I came to try both salty and sweet today. The macadamia tart was really crispy, and you must order one if you like beans. The pumpkin chicken toast was also surprisingly good. And the cream bun was small and similar to a donut, which was also very good. You can really eat all you can eat pastries here, and you must come again next time! I finally understand how popular this store is, and many foreign friends also come to support it, which feels more like a foreign coffee shop. The area is high-end, the decoration is high-end, the taste is high-end, and the price is naturally high-end.

With the popularity, there is always a long queue even in the morning after opening of the bakery. We waited around 30minutes for our seat, so it wasn’t too bad. Crowd was managed well and the arrangement by staff was quick and well organised. Specialising in pastries, they offer a massive array of pastries selections, both sweet and savoury, from croissants to canele, to quiche, madeleine, tarts. You name it, they have it! We tried both sweets and savouries and we liked savouries kind of pastries more! Spinach and salmon quiche was a standout to us, love it!

Croisserie is an excellent spot for coffee and pastries. It's always so hard to decide which cakes and pastries to choose because I want to try them all! Croisserie has a wide variety of breads, from savory breads to dessert breads! They also have Earl Grey cakes and financiers, so it's the perfect cafe for lunchtime or when you want to have a little tea 🍞 I don't usually go back to cafes, but the bread here is so chewy and delicious that I feel like I want to go back again and again ☕️♪ The salmon bread in the third photo is highly recommended for salmon lovers! #Malaysia #Gourmet #Sweets #Cafe
