It is a popular island resort with a huge crowd of people because of visa-free access and direct flights, and the relatively affordable prices in Vietnam. It is not inferior to Phuket, Koh Samui and Bali, and is very suitable for a mindless and relaxing vacation. This time we stayed at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay. The quality of Crowne Plaza is quite good, especially at the seaside, it has a resort feel. You can overlook the Bai Dai Bay from the hotel room, which is a plus. The hotel has complete facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, spa, gym and beachfront restaurant. You can also enjoy fire dance performances and sunset views, which is quite chill. Otherwise, it is very convenient to go out to Fortune World for food, drinks and entertainment as there is a free shuttle. The standard sea view room is 40 square meters in size, and the best thing is that it has a balcony facing the sea where you can enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze outdoors. The price for two people including breakfast is about NT$5,500, which is moderately acceptable for a five-star resort hotel. The facilities are impressively clean and there are many activities offered within the hotel. The staff sometimes felt a bit rough but were very friendly. We had a beach suite on the first floor with direct access to the swimming pool. Our room view was blocked by the back of a sandy beach cafe, but the room itself was large and clean. The layout of the hotel is well thought out with all amenities nearby. You can get cash out at the reception. It is cheaper to order a Grab through the app than a taxi at the reception. There is also a board at the reception with the hotel activities and kids club activities for the day. There are no sunbeds on the beach and pool, so you need to get in early to secure a spot. Overall, it is a very family-friendly resort that provides a luxurious customer experience. We had a fantastic time at the resort! The hotel is new, everything is clean, and the hotel is located next to the beach. The staff were especially helpful at the Amber Sands restaurant, which is definitely worth a visit. We wanted to eat more fish because the island is famous for it, and the dinner was customized for us. Don't hesitate to ask, because customer service at the resort is excellent, and they do everything to make sure you enjoy your vacation! The hotel bar is also worth a visit. Tien, the young lady, is laughing, friendly, and very professional in making good drinks, cold wine, beer, and being customer-oriented again. We went for a massage at the spa several times during our stay and were positively surprised by the quality of the service we received. It's worth a visit during your stay! I wanted a getaway. Away from being woken up by my alarm set every morning at 7am and away from catching buses and going through bad traffic. Phu Quoc is just the right hideaway from me. With a barely an hour flight from Ho Chi Minh, but an hour's drive from Phu Quoc Airport, Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay Hotel was the right decision I made. I stayed for four nights and enjoyed every single day of it. The room, the sincere hospitality of the staff, albeit language differences, and the beach made my stay near perfect.#phuquoc

Some people may think that. When you come to Phu Quoc Island, you have to go to JW and Ritz-Carlton. But if you bring your kids on vacation. I would rather recommend Crowne Plaza in North Point. Although it’s far from the airport. But it has a free shuttle bus from the hotel. There is also free VINBUS if you miss the bus. This will save a lot of transportation costs. Then it’s also very convenient to Grand World and Safari Zoo, If you want to go to Starfish Beach. I highly recommend staying here. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Grand World. However there are only two flights per night. In fact, the walk to Grand World is more than 10 minutes. Grand World eats a lot. It's especially lively at night. Stop casually believing those online who say the location here is not good. I instead think this is the best location hotel on this trip to Phu Quoc Island. The sense of vacation is not strong. Some public areas are even slightly shabby. But the water play area was done well. There is also a dedicated children’s play area. The rooms are very big, too. A sweet potato-like dim sum filled with mung bean paste that comes with the welcome fruit is delicious. The breakfast is rich in variety. There are nice donuts, marshmallows, Kids will enjoy it. #Swimming pool I would like to introduce the swimming pool that I was very satisfied with at the Crown Plaza Hotel in northern Phu Quoc💕 First of all, as someone who really prefers wide and long swimming pools, I really liked the swimming pool at Crown Plaza. Since the pool is wide, I didn't have to worry about splashing water on others while I was swimming, and I also liked that I could swim long at a time. I didn't want to swim when the sun was hot, so I went out early in the morning to swim, and there were no people, which was nice! However, there aren't many beds compared to the length of the pool, so if you swim during a crowded time, there will definitely be a shortage of beds...! If you want to swim during the magic hour, you should go a little early to get a spot! There are no tubes, but they provide life jackets ㅎㅎ The photos on the back are of the sunset you can see at the pool during the magic hour! The color is really mysterious, purple when the sun sets. It's a flashy IHG affiliated Crown Plaza. I went there thinking it was a good place for breakfast, but the food was not that great, and the bakery and fruit were delicious. The room cleaning and maintenance were poor, and the concierge was unfriendly.. I won't visit again. Everything was good except for the old stuff A little tipㅋThe best thing was that my flight was in the early morning so I had a lot of time after checking out, but fortunately I could still play in the water after checking out I was worried about washing up, but fortunately there was a shower and amenities in the pool bathroom, so I just brought a change of clothes when I checked in my luggage and I was able to swim and wash up happily. My family and I enjoyed our 13 night stay here. We experienced great friendly service and enjoyed all the amenities. Although we did not participate in the hotel daily activities, it was great to have the option. Far from the airport but close to Grand world which has restaurants, gift shops and bars decorated in a Venice canals theme. The breakfast was delicious and well organized. Great job to the general manager Winston for clean facilities and capable staff. He wrote us a handwritten letter detailing the many activities the hotel and local area offered, much appreciated! We plan to stay again next year.

#hotelreview When we booked this IHG hotel, we did not know what to expect as it was our first time exploring the northern side of Phu Quoc. Location-it is nearer to VinPearl side and a bit far from other attractions in Phu Quoc. If you are first timer looking for quiet relaxing time in Phu Quoc, this might be an option. Room-new with modern decoration. Being Crowne Plaza property, personally I feel it lacks some kind of character or charm in the room itself. However, the ocean view is so awesome as we were blessed with good weather. Since everything is brand new, it does not feel crowded here as most tourists would have chosen to stay in city centre or Vinpearl. Overall, will come back if the price is right.

Crowne Plaza Hotel, which gave us such a wonderful trip to Phu Quoc! It is a quiet hotel with the kindest staff in the world. We used the swimming pool every day as if we had rented it out. The depth was 1.2 meters, so it was great for swimming. The breakfast menu changes a little bit every day, and there is some Korean food. I didn't expect much from the taste. ㅎㅎㅎ The variety of breads, ham and cheese, and rice noodles also changed every day, so I was satisfied.

We had an amazing time at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay. We stayed in a beautiful room and the staff were incredible. They made our stay even better. The pool, beach, food, drinks and setting were all can better then we had expected.
