Location is perfect as it’s just less than 10 minutes ride from JB Sentral / CIQ. Grab ride fare approximately 5-6 Ringgit (MYR). Very pleased with the newly-renovated room as interior looks fresh and bright. Check-in was a breeze, not even more than 5 minutes. Explored the pool facility in the morning to get a cosy and private feel as more people would join after 10am! Lastly, if you’re out for a food adventure, ordering in would be easy! Room come with fridge and hair dryer. Even the lobby also look grand don’t look like 3 star hotel. Overall the hotel is good definitely will come here again. Good thing about this hotel is that it is near KSL city mall, can walk for 5 min to reach the mall. Which you can save some money. Crystal crown hotel is one of the four star hotel in Johor . Stayed at this hotel during my business trip in Johor. Upon check in , the room I got was at a high floor with great view of the city. Never expect that the room was so spacious with large king size bed . Wow. Everything was working well . The sound proof for this hotel room was also good. Desk area comfortable enough to do my work . Managed to catch a good rest after work. In room amenities such as toiletries and mini bar were generous. Breakfast was included in my room package. The swimming pool was spacious and clean enough for a swim . View was good too. Location close to various malls & famous eateries . stayed at crystal crown hotel which is conveniently located within a 5mins walking distance away from ksl city shopping mall. There is a food court just on the left of the hotel. very accessible place. selected with breakfast option and it's great. meals at Malaysia is always delicious. photos are from SDS grilled gouchujiang chicken chop and otah sandwich @GC good coffee at sutera. Great shopping at both sutera mall and ksl city mall. hotel is comfortable but was allocated a room facing the road which was pretty noisy. will make request next time to avoid this.

booked triple room with crystal crown Hotel for 2 night stay. hotel is clean and nice for it's affordable price. good location and staff is friendly and helpful. Emailed in to ask if we could keep our lugguage with the hotel if we arrive before check in, they replied to agree with the arrangement. we arrived at around 1.50pm and they allowed us to check in early as the room happen to be ready. enjoyable hotel stay

very accessible location. within 5min walking distance to ksl city mall. easy and fast check in. staff is friendly. room is clean and basic amenities provided. buffet breakfast is quite good . nasi lemk, toast station , roti canai and curry chicken

The snack bar next door is open until 4am, so you don't have to worry about not finding food to eat. There are many Malaysian specialties. The hotel also prepares a free all-you-can-eat breakfast in the morning. It's cheap and comfortable.

The newly renovated room is definitely better with larger amd clearer TV and Channel U selection. The room does not have a bath tub but it's better than having a sinking bath tub in the older rooms. Hotel does not provide hand towel, so do remember to bring your own if you need it. Hotel location is convenient, walking distance to KSL City and a big local eateries.

I found Crystal Crown Hotel pretty good as it was only $52/night with such a spacious environment. The room is also newly renovated so it looked pretty bright and clean! Also, it is near KSL mall so means you can do ur nails 💅 massage and other girly things at your convenience 👀 
Psst, BREAKFAST is also INCLUDED and i think it is not bad. There’s definitely a few misses (the beehoon and scrambled eggs damn tasteless) but the chicken and the nasi lemak is SO DAMN GOOD.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 The nasi lemak was SUPER fluffy and FRAGRANT i had to have 2 servings……. 
I would highly recommend this hotel for you guys to consider staying in at JB if you are on a budget like me! #jbtrip #jbhotels

Price per Person - SGD3 to no limit (Depending how much much you want to eat) 😂 Rating - 4 out of 5 ( cos not all food is nice. Clay pot rice 3 out of 5) Strongly recommend to go with big group of 5 or more so you can try more food. Too bad that day only 3 of us so didn't order a lot. Like the fruit rojak. Note that it opens at evening time, 6pm to past midnight.

Did not take much pictures of the room as it is exactly like what was shown on Trip.com. Booked the executive room but not all rooms are renovated, have to ensure that you select the correct room type. Lighting is abit dark. Nonetheless, it is a good location with amazing food nearby (Century Street Food Court). Its was so crowded that we had to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get our food. The hotel is about 10mins walk from KSL Mall where we could do some groceries shopping. For the location and price, i think it is worth a try.
