Before my trip to Da Nang, I was really worried about Bana Hills and Asia Park ㅠㅠ I went to Asia Park because Bana Hills is crowded and I felt burdened by the weather being on my side. 🙂 First of all, I really liked the location! There is a Da Nang Lotte Mart and Helio Market nearby, so I think it was easy to tour right away. 🎡🍢🏢 Honestly, I didn't expect much because it was smaller than Bana Hills, but going to Asia Park was the best choice I made after my trip to Da Nang!! First of all, it wasn't crowded, so I was able to quickly ride the rides I wanted, and the night view was really beautiful in the evening.. Da Nang seen from the Ferris wheel is truly a work of art. I went to see the night view of Da Nang by riding the Ferris wheel (Sun Wheel) that runs from 5:30! It costs about 5,000 won to ride the Sun Wheel alone? But it was so big that I think I rode it for about 15 minutesㅎㅎ I think it would be perfect to go in when the sun is up, tour the theme park, and then ride the Ferris wheel at night to see the night view~ I went late and only took pictures when it was dark, but since it is literally an Asian theme park, there were a lot of buildings with themes from each country!

The place is very good value, as not expensive to get a ticket (hk$56 on klook). When you arrive there's tons and tons of rides ( but different timing) with limited queues so it's very easy to go in whatever you'd like, even multiple times .Recommend going late afternoon so you aren't in the baking sun, also to bring cash so that you can get refreshments like water around the park. Rides are awesome especially the Cobra Queen …. we almost died . The Ferris wheel is okay, best at night but not that great, though you get good views through only slightly mucky glass. One of my most unforgettable experiences in travelling here in Vietnam is when I went to Sunworld Danang and tried their amazing roller coaster ride. It was really exciting. Your heart beats fast as it was very complicated and steep towards the finishing point. At the end of the ride,wear your best smile to get your best shot as you will have your photo taken as your souvenir.You will only pay as much as 65k VND. Getting There - I took a tour bus to Sun World Danang Wonders, you can also take a taxi from Da Nang city. Attractions - it is an amusment park, a lot of rides, a place to take a picture and eat! It is on the mountain so you can also experience taking the cable car up to the mountain. It is under construction and getting bigger and bigger. Food & Restaurants - There are restaurants and cafes on the hill. Some cafes do not accept visa/master card payment. Shopping - there are some souvenir places!

#bucketlistreboot Sun World at Ba Na Hills as the location suggested it is on top of hill where a big Buddha is overlooking hill. Once reach Sun world there are multiple activities available and there are shows around the theme area. Suggestion: To stay for a night at the place as there is hotel in the theme park. Gothic looks and have old buildings around like church. Very pretty garden with flowers. There is one Maze garden which I tried , quite interesting. Clothing wise , if in winter, please do wear thicker as this is mountain. So rain comes and goes without warning. Lucky me not to miss the show like stilt walker or dance show around the park. It was a wonderful time even though I was alone (these pictures of me were taken by a trip pod 😆). The place I spent my time on was Sunworld Da Nang, Vietnam! It was my very first time riding a Sun wheel 🫢 I was so scared like what if it dropped…. But anyway, I got to see the whole Danang city there and also many bridges, with sunset. #Overseas travel I'm going to introduce you to an amusement park that you must visit in Da Nang. This is called Da Nang Sun World, the most famous amusement park in Da Nang. And it's right next to the famous Lotte Mart, so it's really accessible. And it's not open during the day. So it was really nice that I could enjoy the rides in the evening. If you go in the evening, there are various rides, and you can ride the Ferris wheel and see the night view, which was really cool. And surprisingly, Da Nang Sun World admission is free. So you had to pay the admission fee every time you wanted to ride the ride you wanted, and the audience had to pay a separate admission fee to ride. So it was really nice that you could enter without having to buy a free pass. I really recommend that you all go there.

One of the most unique experiences during my Southeast Asia trip was undoubtedly the Alpine Coaster at Ba Na Hills in Da Nang. This rail sled ride at a mountaintop theme park offered a thrilling sense of speed amidst fairy-tale-like scenery. We left our accommodation around 8 AM and arrived at the entrance of Ba Na Hills in about an hour. Taking the cable car to the summit, we were treated to breathtaking views of Da Nang's sea, mountains, and forests. Upon reaching the top, the Golden Bridge greeted us with its massive hand sculptures and clouds, leaving us in awe. After a leisurely morning strolling through the French-style village and enjoying street performances, we recharged with a buffet lunch featuring a mix of local and Western dishes. Next, we headed to the coaster station for the much-anticipated Alpine Coaster experience. The ride accommodates one or two people, and you control the speed with a handle as you descend through the mountains. Initially, I was a bit nervous, but as I got used to the speed, I became completely immersed in the thrill of cutting through the wind. The scenery through the forest was stunning, and the pace was just right, making it enjoyable for all ages. In the afternoon, we wrapped up with some light fun at the Sun World amusement area before taking the cable car back down, watching the sunset over Da Nang city to end the day. It was a fulfilling itinerary that combined Southeast Asia's natural beauty, theme park charm, and exciting activities all in one.

After snapping a few photos, we moved on to the French Village, enjoying a leisurely stroll while admiring European-style buildings and street performances. Lunch was at a buffet within Ba Na Hills. Following that, we headed to the main activity of the day—the Alpine Coaster. Although I felt a bit nervous before boarding, once the ride began, I was completely captivated by the speed and freedom of racing through the forest. The speed is adjustable for safety, so you can also take your time and enjoy the scenery as you descend. Before heading down, we spent some time at the Sun World indoor amusement park, enjoying a few more attractions. By around 4 PM, we took the cable car back down, wrapping up the day’s itinerary. I never expected to find such thrilling experiences in Southeast Asia. A day filled with nature, fun, and emotions. Ba Na Hills in Da Nang, especially the Alpine Coaster, is definitely worth experiencing.
