[2025 Busan Attraction] Travel Guide for Dadaepo Beach (Updated Mar)

Getting There - Subway or Taxi Attractions - Sunset, Sunrise, Beach and Nature walk Hotels - A few in the area(motels) Food & Restaurants - Lots in the area Shopping - None Once you arrive by the entrance(parking lot or subway station) walk past all the people all the way to the right. You will see a wooden walking path that leads to the other side of the beach which is much more quieter and enjoyable away from the crowd. You can hang in the area or go past the boulders(might be slippery during the high tide) and you will discover a more open secluded area. Only thing to be aware when you go to this part of the beach is that… 1. It is against the law to bbq outside and there are cameras everywhere so you will get a fine. 2. Going in the water after 6pm will get you in trouble. 3. There are no life guards in this secluded area of the beach. 4. Fireworks will also get you in trouble. Sparklers are known to be safe. But please take the trash with you. 5. There are other people who walk along the hiking path and fishermen/henyo(clam divers) in the area so please respect the nature and enjoy the moment.

Just nearby Dadaepo Station there is the fountain show which starts at 8.00 pm. The fountain show is 20 mins long and after the show everyone can come inside and play with water. The fountain show is amazing! Light and water are dancing with kpop music as well as classical music. I suggest you to come early because when we arrive at 8 its full of people already. We came for the fountain show and explore Daedepo Beach after. The beach is just next to the fountain show location. We can't really see the beach as its dark. But I notice that it has a long coastline. Along the shore, there are stores with ahjummas selling food. One of the food is insects. Some say it's tasty, some doesn't like it. I guess it's personsl preference. Overall it's a time well spent by the beach. Dadaepo Beach is located on the western extremity of Busan and can be easily accessed by Busan Metro and/or bus. We visited the place in the afternoon with a nice relaxing walk on the sandy beach and then continued on the boardwalk hugging the rugged headland of Morundae. There are many scenic stops along the way with views overlooking the sea and coastline. You can also linger to appreciate the vivid colours as the sun sets. No wonder there so many photographers and tripods around. Then retrace your way back towards the main road and if timing is right, enjoy the musical show of the Dadaepo Sunset Fountain of Dreams, one of the largest scale water displays accompanied by splendid lighting and recorded music.

These days, cafes that can accommodate many guests are popular, so I visited Easyo661, a large cafe in front of Dadaepo Beach!🏬 It's famous for its coffee, but its bakery is also famous! It is the most famous bathing beach in Busan, and it is the non-Haiyuntai and Guang'anli bathing beaches. But compared to the famous seaside, watching the quiet seaside is my best choice to go to Busan. The Tadura Beach has become one of my destinations for Busan. It is said that since the extension of Metro Line 1 last year, popularity has been rising. What is special about the Tadura Beach? That is the sunset here is especially beautiful! The setting of the sunset and the reeds, seeing every place is the beauty of the Korean drama. Although there are not so many passengers, this sea is quietly displaying its own unique characteristics. This is the charm of the Tadura Beach.

#koreatrip It is very relaxing. I enjoy walking the beach and meeting new people. It does get a little chilly every once in a while due to the cold winds from the ocean. You can see bridges above mudflat that connect some pavilions where u can observe the whole beach. And then a park. The beach is okay. There's a laser festival with some fountain every summer but i missed it.

It's famous for its beautiful sunsets, so much so that it's called the Kota Kinabalu of Busan, and there were many people taking wedding snapshots. A restaurant near Dadaepo Beach in Busan! I visited Lietto :) Interior design with a ship concept and even an ocean view🌊 It's already famous for its delicious food, so there are many reviews~ As famous as it is, the pasta was really delicious👍 (The most delicious pasta restaurant I've been to recently) I ordered the Suran Carbonara~ I never knew carbonara could be this delicious! And the squid ink risotto was also really delicious!!!! I ate all the dishes so well that I ate everything❤️ And since it's an ocean view on Dadaepo Beach, it was also great that I could eat while looking at the ocean. #BusanRestaurants
