Under the sky lies the first natural Samyang Ranch.
Spanning an impressive 6 million pyeong, the sheer size is hard to grasp.
Large shuttle buses travel back and forth, and the long ride up on the shuttle bus builds anticipation.
The scenery is like a postcard of nature.
Once you get off and take a closer look, you'll find a wooden fence pathway for visitors to explore.
The vast and expansive landscape starts to ease the mind as you walk along the trail.
Summer in Pyeongchang!
The sky and the forest are both stunning.
The sheep at Samyang Ranch enjoy clean air and fresh grass in an excellent environment.
Behind the animal farm, there's a greenhouse café called "Sunsul," where you can enjoy ice cream.
It was a delightful trip to Pyeongchang.

Samyang Ranch.
The first place that comes to mind on a snowy day is Gangwon-do!
Gangwon-do has many ranches, but I visited Samyang Ranch, famous for its windmill view ❤️❄️
With the white snow piled up, it felt like visiting a winter wonderland ☺️ Samyang Ranch is on a hill, so the view from the top of the ranch was also very beautiful! Walking on the crunchy snow felt great, and despite the cold, it was a warm winter trip.

Daegwallyeong Drive 🚗🌬️
Daegwallyeong is a very cool place in Korea.
The name is a little difficult...😂
This time, I went to Daegwallyeong Samyang Ranch ^^
In early October, it was about 19 degrees during the day in Seoul, but it was 15 degrees here! It was a little cold, but the air and scenery were clear, and I saw cows and sheep eating on the mountain slopes many times 🤤 (I was too excited and couldn't get a photo lol)
There are also sheep, ostriches, ducks, geese, and rabbits.
The ice cream in the last photo was about 400 yen with a discount coupon!
It was cold, so I was wondering whether to eat it, but I tried it as a souvenir, and it was an ice cream with a texture I've never eaten before, like milk and crumbly butter? It was so delicious!
Why not go to Daegwalyeong and see this view for yourself? 🌟

A visit to Daegwanryeong Sanyang Sheep Ranch
#koreatrip
At the mountainous Daegwanryeong there is a huge ranch operated by Samyang, where these ranch is used to herd sheeps. We were taken to the top by thr shuttle bus and we were amazed by the nice scenery on top the mountain ranges. There are also many windfarms being installed as the wind is strong atop. We madd our way doen slowly walking around the ranches with sheeps in their open barns, grazing at the open fields. The weather is also very nice although very windy, and we managed to catch the sheep herding show by the border collie. We really enjoy our trip there and will definitely comd again.
