[2025 Nagoya Stay] Travel Guide for Daiwa Roynet Hotel NAGOYA TAIKO DORI SIDE (Updated Apr)

5 minutes walk from Nagoya Station! I went there without any expectations, but it was much kinder and cleaner than I thought. The items provided in the room and even the drip coffee were great.

#staycation I had a staycation in Nagoya for one night at Daiwa Roynet hotel in Nagoya and it was enjoyable. The room I booked was the king room and it was quite spacious for Japan’s standard. I liked that the hotel was located close by to the Nagoya train station and it was comfortably designed, together with a bathtub. I booked quite early and the room was quite reasonably priced. I will be back! My rating on this hotel: 3.5 ⭐️ out of 5!

Daiwa Roynet is a Japanese hotel chain, and they have several hotels in Nagoya Station alone! This time we will introduce the "Taikodori" branch which was renovated in 2019 and has a very new interior✨ It's a 3-star hotel but the design is quite high-end⭐️ The lobby is on the 2nd floor, very elegant and grand, with beautiful natural light🥰 The sofa is also very big! The room type (written below) is not big, only 226 feet. Two 28-inch suitcases for 2 people cannot be flattened, but half of them can be opened 🧳 This time I stayed on the top floor, and there was a good view of the city outside the window✨ The bathroom was the most comfortable and well designed! There is a small cloakroom here where I can hang a lot of coats, which is also very appreciated! 🎀 The toilet is really well designed, with dry and wet separation 🚿🛀🏻 and great water pressure! Outside the bathtub is the shower area. The bathtub is super deep, one of the deepest bathtubs I have ever seen🛁 Couples can also take a bath together🫧 The water pressure in the shower room is also very good, and the shower head is super large, definitely comparable to a 5-star hotel!
