The shuttle bus was a call-style service. It seems that there is one bus every 30 minutes even without calling, but I called because I was worried. It is only available in English (Spanish and Russian are also available), but since the other party is a professional, it's OK even if your English is poor! However, it is a very difficult place to find, so please go down to the first floor (ground level) of Terminal D. Most other nearby hotels are also picked up here. Inside the hotel... It was very clean and quiet! The rooms were spacious and the showers and other water facilities were clean, so I felt at ease. However, there was a convenience store in the hotel? was quite expensive, 1500 yen for a chocolate bar and water. It is a good hotel for airport transfer. It is quite close to the airport and provides free shuttle bus to/from airport every 30 mins 24/7.
