I went to Daeheungsa Temple in Haenam to play, and the hydrangeas were blooming beautifully. The air was really good, and the water in the valley was so cool and clean that there were a lot of people playing in the water. And the hydrangeas were so pretty that I couldn't help but take pictures. It is a wonderful cafe with a special ocean view that you can see from inside the cafe, overlooking Jindo Bridge and the Battle of Myeongnyang, Uldolmok. It is quite far from Busan, so I can't go there often, and I really liked it. It is nice to just sit still on the first floor and watch the mysterious water flow of Uldolmok. On the second floor, you can enjoy the view of Jindo Bridge and take a picture in a frame. There is also a rooftop, but I couldn't go out that day because it was raining, but I recommend the rooftop because you can capture Jindo Bridge up close. 💙 Please stop by when you go to Jindo Sol Beach! Haenam is famous for its sweet potatoes, and the original Haenam sweet potato bread made with those sweet potatoes is here. If the daily sales volume is sold out, you can't buy sweet potato bread even if it's open, so I always went to Open Run every time I went to Haenam! #Observatory This is Durun Mountain located in Haenam. It was really convenient and nice to take the cable car up to Gogyebong. It was nice to see the surrounding view well. It was a bit disappointing that there was a bit of fog, but it was still a healing time with the unspoiled mountain view.

Along the way, there are plenty of places to stop and soak in the views, lots of green trees, rocky outcrops, and even some cute little streams. The summit isn’t crazy high, but you still get this nice panorama of the surrounding hills and forests. It’s the kind of place where you can just chill, snack, and maybe pretend you’re on a nature documentary. If you’re looking for a no-fuss hike that’s all about easy vibes and decent scenery, Duryunsan’s your spot. Great for a quick nature escape without the crowds or the sweat.

We weren’t trying to do anything intense, just stretch our legs and get some fresh air, and this trail totally delivered. The path is mellow and winds through peaceful forest, old stone steps, and the occasional view that makes you stop and say “wow.” It’s got this quiet, timeless feel, like you’re walking where monks and travelers have for centuries (because you literally are). There are signs along the way with bits of history, but it never feels too museum-y. It’s not super crowded, and the vibe is more about soaking it in than pushing for a summit. You don’t need hiking boots or anything, just comfy shoes and maybe a drink. If you're into chill nature walks with some cool cultural vibes, Dalma Ancient Road is 100% worth a visit.

I recently visited Daeheungsa Temple, a thousand-year-old temple located at the foot of Duryunsan Mountain in Haenam, to welcome spring.
