[2025 Daegu Attraction] Travel Guide for Dalseong Park (Updated Mar)

#TravelRecordsAsia Dalseong Park is said to be the remains of an earthen fortress built during the Three Kingdoms period. I entered through the back gate by climbing the bank, which is said to be an earthen wall. It is said to be about 10m high in some places. In the vast park, there is a tower (Gwanpung-ro) designated as a cultural asset, a history and culture museum, a grassy park, and a zoo. The zoo is surprisingly authentic! And it's free! ️ A playground modeled after an earthen fortress has been built near the back gate, and I was lucky to be able to witness the unveiling ceremony. If you are looking for a place to view flowers near Daegu, visit Okyeonji Songhae Park where you can see forsythia, cherry blossoms, tulips, and a wide lake. When I visited, the cherry blossoms and tulips were not in full bloom yet, but they will be in full bloom on April 7th of this week. If you haven't been to see the flowers yet, go to Songhae Park~
