When the rain finally stopped, we were greeted by the most breathtaking purple sunset right in front of us. The sky was painted in soft hues, creating a magical moment that felt like a reward after the storm. It was a sight that left us in awe, making the evening unforgettable.

Hi everyone! . I was lucky to get a chance spending 2 days one night in Damai beach resort, santubong here in Kuching during MCO period around September 2021. During my stay, there were not much guests. So the environment was quiet and gave the calming effect haha. Went there with my bestfriend who kust had laparotomy operation 2 weeks prior. Brought her for healing process maybe haha. Our room is spacious with nice interior arrangement. Bed is comfy enough. Balcomy attached with amazing view. Can feel the sea breeze from the balcony. Breakfast was served in the room . Nothing fancy but its not bad. Overall experience staying here , I can say its ok and Im moderately satisfied. Will come again later

Damai Beach Resort… yet another local favourite place to check in and relax, Damai Beach Resort offers various rooms for travelers to choose from. If you have a large group, do opt for the barouk type of suites for a unique experience. Situated by the poolside, you’ll also be able to divulge in an obstructed view of the sea and beachside. Bring the kids along to have a dip at the pool and enjoy the man made waterfall whilst you’re at it. Take the shuttle van down to the lobby for an all you can eat buffet breakfast in the mornings when you wake with several national dishes ranging from nasi lemak to noodles to laksa and more!

The grounds were beautifully manicured, and view of the ocean stunning. The highlight of my visit was my massage at Sadau Massage & Spa. Located at the top of the hilltop section of the resort, it was a tranquil place to have a massage, really setting the mood for the treatment. The massage itself was amazing, very relaxing. To get to food court, walk through the property & cross bridge a short distance from the beach. The big iron gate is not locked, just push/pull to open. You can get to the Sarawak Cultural Centre that way also. We liked the place & enjoyed our time there. It has 2 nice pools, nice rooms, very friendly helpful staff & located close to Damai Central for convenience stores & food court. We would stay again and are considering returning.

Location : Damai Beach Resort Santubong Sarawak... To reach here, I travelled approximately 1 hour from Kuching International Airport via rented car. Nice resort at the beach! Rooms with huge space to place my luggages and move freely. The rooms have great view, comfortable and aircondition well functioned, though some may need refurbishment. Really enjoyed beach walk and evening sunset. had a good experience here! The staff are all super friendly and the beach by the bar has incredible views. The potato wedges were SO good we got double orders two nights in a row! Only thing to note: the ATV rentals are right on the beach near the hotel so if the noise of motors isn’t your thing, might want to take that into consideration. They close up at 7PM though so it’s not disturbing throughout the night. Breakfast was good and mom said the beds and pillows were the most comfortable ones she experienced in all of Malaysia! #malaysia

what a great experience to staying at Damai Beach Resort. Having a great nice view from my chalet. Calming sound come from the beach, great sunrise / sunset, nice foods , staff very helpful and great service. would like to stay here again for a short staycation. come and visit here!
