Check-in and check-out were efficient with no deposit required, and we were offered hot tea while waiting, making us feel truly cared for. Throughout our stay, we experienced consistently attentive service 🤭. The front desk even upgraded our room for free! Every staff member we encountered, whether entering or leaving the hotel, greeted us with smiles and warmth. 👍 What amazed me most was the hotel's responsiveness. Whether we needed a charger last minute or had questions about breakfast hours, the staff resolved everything immediately. They even delivered our food deliveries straight to our room! 🤓 🤩 The room facilities exceeded expectations—spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows, a big TV with screen mirroring, and automated curtains. The room was spotless, complete with disposable slippers, flip-flops, mosquito repellent, and even a toilet seat cover and disposable bath bag—all complimentary! The hotel's attention to detail truly won me over. Breakfast 🍽️ was worth waking up early for, especially the freshly made local noodles 🍜. The location is convenient too—just a 10-minute walk to the subway and train station 🚄, with plenty of convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Adding the front desk on WeChat in advance made getting invoices quick and hassle-free. At checkout, they proactively asked for feedback 👂, showing their dedication to service. It’s right opposite the Hankou Railway Station, very procrastination-friendly, and super convenient for business trips or travel. My mom no longer has to worry about me missing the train. It’s so worth it! Anyone who wants to go to Wuhan must not miss this place! ! 🍭Superb geographical location Right in the city center! ! It is within the Third Ring Road of Wuhan, opposite the Hankou High-speed Railway Station and Hankou Subway Station. It is right opposite, making it very convenient to go anywhere. It is close to attractions such as Jianghan Road, Hankou River Beach, Gude Temple, and Wuhan Museum. Jiangchen Tianjie Shopping Mall is a few hundred meters away and is very suitable for shopping. 🍭The facilities and equipment are very complete The bed and pillow are just the right firmness, and I feel very comfortable after sleeping!
