Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen the name A place nice for photo, from far you can see it as giant bowl or cup with mirror alike glass. It reflected the clear and nice sky in Rotterdam. Located in Rotterdam's Museumpark, this museum has a unique appearance resembling a giant mirrored flowerpot. It is an annex to the adjacent Heumans Museum, but its main function is as a laboratory for the conservation and restoration of the vast collection housed by Heumans. This means that you can appreciate a variety of artworks from all sides. For paintings, you can even see notes and messages written on the canvas and on the back of the frames. You can also see the restoration work being done through a large pane of glass, giving you a sense of the background that supports the art. If you book a tour, you will be given a white coat just like the staff and will receive a detailed explanation.
