Early November is just in time for late autumn, and many leaves have turned completely yellow. Some leaves fly when the wind blows, and some fall off, leaving only dead branches. Fortunately, this trip was in time and caught the tail end of autumn. As in previous years, when I went to Arashiyama and Kiyomizudera Temple in Kyoto, Japan, at the end of November, I only saw dead branches and dead trees. When I arrived in Switzerland in early October, there were not many red leaves or yellow leaves yet, so if you want to see the autumn scenery, you must be sure of the time, otherwise it will be too early or too late. #100waysoftravel

#winhkflight 📍Kenny Hills Bakers One of my favourite pastries place would be Kenny Hills Bakers. Was doing a solo trip to Kuala Lumpur and decided to have a little breakfast here in Kenny Hills Bakers. I went to their outlet in Desa Park City, ample parking spaces, easily accessible! The café has both indoor and outdoor seatings, love the wooden rustic retro decor of the store and the entire store is actually surrounded with greeneries, love it. The pastries are good as usual. I ordered pain au chocolate, which was great for breakfast! The croissant was nice and flaky on the outer layer, with crisp, while it’s fluffy on the inside! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

The Social @ Waterfront Desa Park City serves quality food. There are some entrance seatings for pets with big fans and it’s not too hot except when the weather is extremely hot. The opening hours are from 11.30am to 12am daily. Parking is easy usually on weekdays and in the mornings. There’s a lunch promotion going on at RM25.90 for a set of meal and it’s worth the price as it’s really tasty food.

My friends decided to bring me to Desa Parkcity today to see playful and cute dogs, and it's the best walk I ever had! There's so many people in the evening bringing their dogs and cats strolling, but mostly are dogs. There's a playground for kids, also it's next to The Waterfront @ Parkcity where you can go shopping and get food! Being in a lakeside park with a peaceful and beautiful environment and complete facilities, coupled with festive decorations, makes one feel relaxed and comfortable. There are several cafes and restaurants on the other side of the lakeside park. Driving to Desa Parkcity is definitely a good option as there are ample parking spaces at the car park. #createwithtrip Bestie asked me out for lunch, decided to try out the Japanese Restaurant at Plaza Arkadia, Desa Parkcity. Located within the Plaza Arkadia compound, it is one of the many international cuisine here. This Japanese Restaurant has a very relax and comfortable feel to it. We arrived after rush hour lunch time, it was a little quieter. I love the ambiance of the restaurant, nicely renovated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. From the restaurant you can see the beauty of the whole Arkadia environment. I ordered Salmon teriyaki with some side dishes. The quality of the food was good and it was within the reasonable budget of most people. Will definitely be back in the future.

this trail is becoming more popular each day because it is nearby. Bukit Sri Bintang is a hill and a patch of forest next to Desa Park City, close to Kepong in northern Kuala Lumpur. It is actually part of a more extensive forested area and separated by highways. it is short but very enjoyable hike. around 90 minute. u can park near the shop houses and residential area near the entrance to the trail. This walk probably has some of the best views of any walk in the KL area. It is possible to see Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower and even Batu Caves. u can also see people do gardening at the top. take as many pictures #hiking #kepong

Particularly love the purple dome with hundreds of red LED roses, the creative love landmark using the recyclable bottles, the ever changing carpet lights display on the lust green and magnificent Christmas home and Christmas Tree. Truly a good spot for photo-taking and park walk.

#malaysiatrip Desa Parkcity has been a must-go place during every festive season. This area is a beautiful township and packed with expatriates and local. However, the crowd does not define the township as Malaysia is a multi-cultural country, nothing stop them from decorating the place according to each festival custom. If any of you visit Malaysia, may consider to drop by this area for 1-2hours to enjoy the differences of this township.

#malaysiatrip The moment we arrived to Desa Park City a couple weeks back, it immediately brings us back to TeamLab in Macau. There are lights everywhere, the bulbs, the butterfly and the lighted up grass field! The best part is the entrance is only parking fee, nothing else needed to pay! But I guess Desa Park City management will be changing this kind of decoration from time to time, it is not fixed. I guess there will be Chinese New Year theme coming soon!

#malaysiatrip This is a throwback post about Desa Park City Water Front. They celebrated to a new extend here in this housing area. People are gathering around this area just to celebrate the festive joy here. Personally love this place because when the decorations all light up, it immediately became another feel and also just like a different place with a flip of eyes! I will continue to visit Desa Park City to witness their creative decorations.

My kids were thrilled with the vibrant packaging on display, while the adults couldn’t stop raving about the Honey Butter Fried Chicken—crispy goodness with a sweet glaze that’s absolutely addictive. The space felt welcoming for all ages, with thoughtful touches like high chairs for toddlers and plenty of room to move around. The Butterscotch Latte with Honeycomb was a hit across generations—sweet, smooth, and indulgent! If you’re looking for a place to share quality time with loved ones, this spot deserves a visit.
