Located in Shenzhen, follow the locals and you can't go wrong! In Shenzhen, if a restaurant isn't good, how could it possibly stay open for 26 years? It would have closed long ago! This long-standing Chaozhou-Shantou food stall in Xili is a place where local friends have been eating since they were young, and they come here for a meal every now and then. This time, I followed them here for a meal and realized why it has been able to stay open for so long - it truly has its unique charm!

The crispy skin, chewy chicken, and juicy meat are incredibly satisfying. I devoured a large chicken leg in just a few bites!

The salt and pepper preparation is savory and flavorful! Although the local mantis shrimp aren't very big, they are incredibly fresh and lively! The shrimp meat is plump, sweet, and tender, leaving a lingering fragrance in your mouth after you finish eating!
🍭Chaozhou-Shantou Goose and Pig's Feet Combo
A must-order dish at every table. It's braised to perfection without being too salty. My plate of pig's feet even had four different parts, with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat, and a chewy, soft, and glutinous texture.
🍭Deep-Sea Marinated Crab
You definitely have to try the marinated seafood when eating Chaozhou-Shantou cuisine. The marinated crab meat is salty, fresh, and sweet, with a cool and jelly-like texture, and the fragrant and glutinous crab roe makes it impossible to stop eating!
