East Coast Greenway Address:

Shanghai Cycling Plan | Pudong Greenway | Numerous Photo Spots
🧡Before We Start🧡
❶Route: Depart from Yangpu - Ningguo Road Ferry - Xiepu Road Ferry - Pudong Greenway - Turn back at Nanpu Bridge - Check in at Lujiazui's "Big Three" - Watch the Bund lights at the Pudong Art Museum Sunset Corridor - Return to Yangpu via Xiepu Road Ferry
❷The Pudong Greenway has been criticized for having too many speed bumps❌
-But mountain bikes can handle it
-Shared bikes are fine
-Good for leisure riding/exercise, nice scenery
-Not good for racing
💙It's very convenient to get from Puxi to Pudong, any ferry will do.
I live near Ningguo Road, and the section from Yangpu Bridge → Nanpu Bridge is quite classic, you can check in at both the Bund/Lujiazui!
💙The round trip is 20km+, adjust according to your physical strength
-❤️Key Points❤️-
❶The Bund's historical buildings are lit up at 6pm in winter and 7pm in summer. Search for "Pudong Art Museum Sunset Corridor" for the location. It's free🆓, don't miss it, go a little early to get a good spot!
❷For the perfect photo of Lujiazui's "Big Three", search for "Jin Mao Tower" (intersection of Huayuan Shiqiao Road). Use wide-angle on your phone, set the timer, and place it on the ground to get the same epic shot!
❸The route is super photogenic, cycling is so much fun, come with your friends!

Suggested visiting time: 17:00 - 19:30. There are fewer people when you come at 17:00, just in time for the sun to set; the lights come on around 19:00, and the atmosphere is great. Far away from the crowds of the Bund, nearby residents stroll, jog, and cycle leisurely. Come and check it out now before too many people discover it.
Photo booth:
1️⃣You can take pictures of the night view of the city in the distance from the spiral staircase, which is very beautiful and impressive.
2️⃣ You can capture the spectacular Shanghai trio on the bicycle path.
3️⃣The ferry at sunset is also super beautiful, and the large ships coming and going look extremely spectacular.
Come here and experience the slow life that is unique to big cities.

Shanghai Tourism, the Magic City of Love and Music
It’s the fourth day in Shanghai. I only have time to watch the sunset tonight. Unfortunately, the sun had already set when I arrived. I could only quietly enjoy the night view of the Bund🌃! There are fewer tourists in Pudong District, unlike the crowded Nanjing Road. The sea breeze was very strong that night, so you still need to keep warm in March. The seaside promenade here is very large and long. There are not many pedestrians on the road. It is very pleasant to walk slowly in it😌!
Address: East Coast Greenway Spiral Staircase at Xiepu Road Ferry
🚇 Exit 4 of Xiepu Road Subway Station on Line 14, walk toward the river, and turn left at the end
