We decided to just sit at the counter and watched them prepping the ramen noodles. Ordering was through their coins machine and only cash payment accepted. The variety they have was quite nice. Slide left to see the menu. Not sure if the ramen noodles was freshly made. The dish was easy to make, preparation was quick and cooked to perfection. "Rue Favart" is located behind Yebisu Garden Place. From Ebisu Station, you can either take the moving walkway Skywalk or go up the hill, but it's more convenient to go around Garden Place.
