Setagawa Sakura Path is a relatively lesser-known cherry blossom viewing spot. It is a tributary of Kanzaki River, flowing through the northern part of Osaka city. This riverside trail is popular among locals, with cherry trees planted along the slopes on both sides of the river. While it doesn't attract as many visitors as major cherry blossom spots, the beauty of the blooming cherry blossoms here is equally stunning. The facilities along Setagawa Sakura Path are well-maintained, making it a great place for a leisurely stroll and flower viewing. In addition to the cherry blossom trees, there are various landscaped gardens that add to the picturesque scenery. The riverbanks are also home to several parks, such as Hiroshiba Park and Tarumi Playground, which are excellent spots for enjoying the riverside ambiance. To get there, you can take the subway or Keihan Line to Esaka Station and then walk towards the Setagawa riverside.

#OsakaSakura Esaka Station is the terminus of the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. There is a citizen park outside the station. It not only has convenient facilities such as children's play areas, libraries and coffee shops, but it is also a great place to enjoy cherry blossoms. On the east side of Esaka Park, there is a whole row of Somei Yoshino cherry trees and weeping cherry trees.
