Signed up with eska in 2019 for the cashback, paid 4 million rupiah with cashback 800k, instead of 2 million with 300k rupiah.
Utilise it and balance 2 mil plus prior to covid.
Let friend to use the balance in Dec 2022, hence balance of 1.98 mil rupiah ~ SGD 180+ ~usd 134
Came on 28 Apr 2023. After 2 years no travelling due to covid. And when tried to use the balance credit, was told that it expired.
No effort to contact and update either through WhatsApp, sms or even email to notify the expiry information. 1 staff blurred out that expiry on may 2023,but another staff said end Mar 2023...
Think mainly they just want you to sign another credit package. Not even bother to try to compensate on the balance credit. And the timeline not very far off, 31 Mar to 28 Apr... And without even notification sent.
Please avoid at all cost as it seems like they want sign on package only instead of providing good service.
There's other hair salon, massage nearby with better services.
Eska, shame on your practice in business. Really sad with how things turned out after covid. Maybe they just want to cover the loss during covid by eating whatever balance package you have..
