Xi'an Outskirts - A Day Trip to Xianyang
Xi'an outskirts day trip, you can go to Xianyang for a stroll on the weekend. It's not as crowded as Xi'an, but the cultural atmosphere in Xianyang is no less than Xi'an!
🌟 Around nine o'clock, we took a taxi to the Xianyang Ancient Ferry Corridor Bridge, which is over 800 meters long, with fewer people and very quiet!
🌟 Right off the bridge is the Xianyang Museum, where you can make a reservation on the spot, and you can even see the Terracotta Warriors inside, who doesn't love a free museum visit?
🌟 After leaving the museum, walking along Zhongshan Street, there's a Dad's Coffee Shop with a popular wall at the entrance where you can check in and take photos. There are so many popular walls on Zhongshan Street, and we went there on a sunny day, which was really photogenic!
🌟 At the end of Zhongshan Street is the Qingwei Tower, not too many steps, just consider it exercise. You can rest at Qingwei Tower Square, where many elderly people dance in the square.
🌟 We randomly picked a barbecue restaurant for lunch, which was quite good. Zhongshan Street and Beiping Street are full of hot pot and barbecue places, so you don't have to worry about not finding food!
🌟 After lunch, we walked along Beiping Street, which has the atmosphere of a family celebrating the New Year, not as noisy as Xi'an, but still lively and welcoming.
🌟 Anguo Temple and Phoenix Terrace are next to each other, and you can basically finish visiting in half an hour. We mainly took our time walking and stopping for photos, which took longer.
🌟 Instead of the crowded Bell Tower in Xi'an, you might as well come to the Xianyang Bell Tower for a look. The area around the Bell Tower Square is full of malls and places for eating, drinking, and entertainment, where you can have a coffee and take a break!
🌟 Fuyuan Alley and Huitong Cross are both night markets, a bit far from the above-mentioned attractions. Generally speaking, Fuyuan Alley is larger and better built, but the prices are a bit higher than Huitong Cross. We walked all day just to eat Huitong noodles, and any random place we chose was delicious, very flavorful, and worth eating again!
🌟 Overall, Xianyang is also a city with a very high cultural heritage, and taking a walk around on the weekend is a great choice!
