Kota Kinabalu Travel: Filipino Night Market🇲🇾
[Trip Moment Delivery.🗞️]
Let's go to the Filipino Market on this trip!!✈️
🛄ㅣ Filipino Night Food Market🎑
One evening during my trip to Kota Kinabalu, I visited the Filipino Market. The Filipino Market is a traditional market located near the waterfront in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City, and is a popular attraction for both locals and tourists. It is a night market that opens after the sun sets, and mainly sells seafood, street food, souvenirs, and fruits. If you visit in the evening, you can enjoy the market atmosphere with the sunset in the background, making it an even more special time~✌️
When I visited, the market was already crowded with people, and I could smell delicious food and hear the lively voices of merchants everywhere. There were mouthwatering dishes such as various seafood barbecues, chicken skewers, fried foods, and local snacks on display, and the souvenir corner sold various items such as handmade accessories, traditional clothing, magnets, and bags.🍗
Among them, the fruit corner caught my eye. In particular, the ripe yellow mangoes looked so delicious that I bought a bag without hesitation. The vendor was very kind and peeled and cut them into bite-size pieces for me, and even gave me a fork so I could eat them right away. The mangoes tasted as good as they looked. The juicy and sweet flavor filled my mouth, and I felt like it was the most delicious mango I've ever had. The freshness was extraordinary, perhaps because it was harvested directly from a tropical region!!🍋
I sat near the beach eating mangoes and felt the cool breeze, and at that moment, I could really feel the leisure and happiness of the trip with my whole body. While looking around the market, I was able to see the locals' lives up close, and it was a precious time to experience the culture and atmosphere beyond just buying things~🫠
