Accessible by both car and bus, it is literally located across the street from the famouse Baotu Spring Park, therefore it is easy to do both attractions on the same visit. Once inside, you can take a leisurely stroll around the central small lake area along with the interesting collection of pavilion structures here. I was amazed by the amount of beautiful statues this park has to offer. The star of the show is the aforementioned Five Dragon Pool, complete with 5 seperate fountains. If you are on a city tour, then this is an essential place to visit and can easily be completed in 30-45 minutes. This time I revisited Baotu Spring and Daming Lake Scenic Area in Jinan. I also discovered that there is a nice park next to Baotu Spring, which is Wulongtan Park. At the entrance of the park, there are five stone pillar sculptures in the shape of dragons, closely matching the name Wulongtan. Jinan's famous attractions are really too numerous, but today let's introduce these 3 less crowded and fun spots! 1. Daguanyuan It's better to visit Daguanyuan at night when it's more beautiful. You must try the Chengnan Past Daguanyuan Tower restaurant, the food tastes great and the service is good. After dinner, it gets dark and the lights in Daguanyuan are turned on, which is very beautiful. It reminds me of Shanghai's City God Temple. Walking along, there is a barbecue plaza where you can try the taste if you like barbecue. It's beautiful, take some photos and that's the visit! 3. Ronghui Jinan Old Commercial Port This attraction was discovered by accident. It was very lively when the taxi passed by on the way to Daguanyuan, so I got off and took a look around. The place is not big, and a quick tour takes only half an hour. It's a great place for photo ops, especially under the 'Jinan' sign where you have to queue up for photos.
