We.the.fork The super hype bakery & grill in Braga @we.the.fork has a new area on the 2nd floor, which after 10 o'clock becomes an indoor smoking area. There's also a VIP room! The interior is very aesthetic, with lots of instagrammable spots for sure. If you come here, you must order the "smoked set menu brisket" paired with mac n cheese, it's perfect. Same with the "braga steak"! The braga sauce is different from the others, it's really delicious, the price is also affordable. Don't forget to have coffee, try the sweet coffee milk bottle, it's also delicious, really creamy. The smoked brisket is really delicious, the meat is easy to chew and cut. For me who doesn't really like eating meat, I eat this with gusto. The salad is delicious, the dressing is fresh. The mac n cheese is delicious, not nauseating. Combined with salad and meat, it's even tastier. The most delicious steak I've ever eaten so far. I ordered strawberry juice. The sweetness is not sugary sweet, but refreshingly sweet. Not sour. So far it's the best strawberry juice I've ever drunk. I'll come here again next time. When traveling to Bandung, tasting food is an important activity. Bandung was once the headquarters of the Dutch East India Company, and European culture is deeply rooted in the city. Although there are many Chinese restaurants in Bandung, my trip to Bandung was mainly to taste Western food, especially beef dishes. Fork, located on the corner of Braga Old Street, has an unassuming appearance, but its smoked brisket is simply delicious. I only ordered the 100g one, with pasta and a green salad, plus a cup of mango mint hot tea. It was seamless and not overweight. The restaurant was packed with people and, most importantly, the prices were very reasonable.
