When I went, the atmosphere was very chill. It's a relaxing spot with some benches by the river, but if you want to be under the sakura, better bring a picnic mat. Tokyo Skytree as background is a plus.

The cherry trees are not very big yet, and there are many cherry blossoms at about the height of a person, so it looks like it will be easy to take photos📸 Also, there are fewer people than I thought! It's even easier to take photos🫶 I'll come back next year, so I hope it's not too famous.
