You can step right out onto the charming stone streets and experience the classic Jiangnan water town scenery with its picturesque bridges and canals. There are also shopping malls and parks nearby, so you can immerse yourself in the town's thousand-year history while still enjoying the convenience of modern life. It's the best of both worlds! The hotel's exterior is modern and minimalist, with sleek lines and a glass facade. It's stylish and sophisticated, and it complements the ancient town's charm perfectly. Stepping into the lobby, you're greeted by high ceilings, warm lighting, and Jiangnan-inspired decor. The ambiance is amazing, and it's a great spot for taking photos! And the service? Top-notch! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. They even recommended some hidden gems in the ancient town. Throughout my stay, they were super responsive to every request, whether it was extra toiletries or recommendations for local restaurants. I mean, who wouldn't love that kind of service? Please note that Four Points is a secondary brand of Sheraton, known for its simplified brand standards and lack of a swimming pool. However, while there's no pool, there is a well-equipped gym. The ballroom is particularly impressive, resembling a theater at first glance. Located within 20 minutes of both the high-speed rail station and the ancient town, it offers exceptional value.
