Pink Shutters, Garden Paths & Wishing Wells
#gentingtrip
The French Village isn’t just about the buildings — it’s the little things. The wishing well tucked between pink-shuttered buildings made me pause and make a wish (or two). Surrounded by greenery and blooms, it felt calm and charming.
There’s something about the combination of cool mountain air and European aesthetics that really makes you want to slow down and soak it all in. Definitely a great spot to breathe and snap some feel-good photos.

From Parisian Streets to 7-Eleven Coffee
#gentingtrip
It was a bit surreal — walking through this European-themed village, and spotting a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks tucked into charming, timber-framed buildings! I had a laugh, then grabbed a quick drink to keep exploring.
Even though it blends modern touches with old-style design, it somehow works — and adds to the quirkiness of the whole experience. Coffee in one hand, camera in the other, and a stroll through cobbled alleys? Yes, please.

Rainy Day Romance at Bukit Tinggi
#gentingtrip
The light rain didn’t ruin the trip — in fact, it made it more romantic! The mist, cobbled streets, and quiet ambiance gave the village a dreamy, European countryside vibe. I even saw a classic white carriage that looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale.
With warm coffee in hand and cozy architecture all around, it was the perfect stop to relax, snap photos, and take in the slow pace before the buzz of Genting Highlands.

Gardens That Soothe the Soul
#gentingtrip
Before even entering the main village, I was greeted by a beautifully landscaped garden bursting with color. From stone waterfalls to perfectly shaped hedges and blooming flowers, the whole area looked like it came out of a storybook.
The garden paths were peaceful and scenic, surrounded by misty hills and the sound of trickling water. It’s the perfect place to slow down, take a deep breath, and enjoy nature before exploring the village further.
