The view on the deck is amazing.I went in the morning and the view is so beautiful.On the deck u have love lock and Fukuoka coin where you can print your name and date you have visited on it. The views from the observation deck at 123 meters high (403 feet) are spectacular! And there are instagrammable spots at the 116 meter floor including a heart-shaped arch (they even provide you with a perch for your phone about 15 feet away for the perfect selfie). Definitely 5 stars for the views. However, there are only two elevators available, and I wish they were both larger and faster because the queue to get up took at least 20 minutes. #GiveThanks
