📍HARRY'S Shrimp Truck / Harry's A garlic shrimp specialty store that opened a few years ago in Nishihennasaki, which is the westernmost and northernmost point of Miyako Island. It has a Hawaiian feel, and the parking lot is filling up before the opening at 11:00. You are given a numbered ticket and your number will be called when your food is ready. You can eat in (although it is an eating area that is exposed to the wind) or in your car. It is located at the tip of the peninsula, and there are huge wind turbines spinning nearby, so you need to be careful not to let the strong winds blow your food away. Standing on the bridge, the sea breeze gently caresses your cheeks, and the waves rhythmically beat against the bridge piers. The scenery is so beautiful that every frame can be used as wallpaper. At sunset, the sun gradually sets in the west, and the afterglow spills over the sea, sparkling, and the whole world is dyed a romantic orange-red. I just sat quietly on the beach, looking at the beautiful scenery in front of me, and time seemed to stand still. 🏖 Beautiful beaches The sand here is as delicate as powder, and when you step on it barefoot, it is soft, warm, and comfortable. The beaches of Miyakojima are not only great to the touch but also incredibly clean. I stayed at the Seawood Hotel in Okinawa! This hotel is located on Kurima Island, which is next to Miyako Island, so if you are planning to stay there, it would be convenient to have a car. The hotel grounds are quite spacious and there are many villa-type rooms! The hotel staff will take you from the front desk to your room in a cart! The room I stayed in this time was a villa type with a pool! It was still a little cold to go in the pool at the end of May, but I thought I'd take a dip while I was there! lol I'd like to go again when it's a little warmer. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, but you can buy some drinks and snacks at the shop in the hotel! The cape is about 2 kilometers long. It was selected as one of the 100 most beautiful urban parks in Japan, and offers a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and the East China Sea☺️ You can view the ocean in a different atmosphere from the beach, and it felt very open. About 30 minutes by car from Miyako Airport Parking available (large) 〔🏖️Ikema Island〕 This is a small island located northwest of Miyakojima. It's located just across the Ikema Bridge.
