Daehang Port is a very small port and many people come here to fish. Daehang Port Fortress, famous as a photo spot, is backlit, so I recommend taking a pretty pose to take a picture. The deck road to the fortress is also pretty. The culture village is where the residents actually live, so I enjoyed it quietly. It's not big, so I can look around quickly. The murals were faded because it's old. Japanese military base! As the name suggests, it was a place for war. #summervacay Looking for a short and sweet hike with epic views? Gadeokdo Yeondae Peak totally hits the spot. It’s on the quieter side of things near Busan, and the trail is just the right amount of effort, not too hard, not too easy. You’ll pass through some peaceful forest, a few rocky stretches, and then suddenly you’re up top, taking in this crazy beautiful ocean view. From the peak, you can see ships gliding through the water, little islands scattered in the distance, and that sea breeze? amazing. There’s also an old military lookout structure that adds a bit of history to the whole experience, super cool if you’re into that. It’s not a super busy trail, which makes it feel even more special. Definitely bring water, maybe a snack, and enjoy the calm. Solid mini hike with big payoff. Would 100% go again.

Gadeokdo Island, the largest island in Busan, is 1.5 times the size of Yeongdo Island. Crossing Gadeok Bridge and walking along the road by the sea, you will reach the entrance to 정거마을 (Chongo Village). The narrow alleys of this small fishing village stretch in all directions, and there are colorful and cute murals painted here and there. The distance is about 1km round trip, and it took about 30 minutes to walk around. There's a place like this in Busan? I saw a lot of SNS videos saying that Gadeokdo had a beautiful hydrangea road this summer, but I just thought it was pretty, and I passed by Gadeokdo without much interest😂 It's the same Busan, but it's too far away, and the traffic is particularly bad, so I didn't even think about going there.
