Generalife is the summer residence of King Nassar, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the Alhambra. Generalife means "paradise that sees everything" and was built in the 14th century. The gardens surround the Summer Palace in layers, with scattered heights and fountains and pools interspersed with them. Even if you come here in the hot summer, the summer will be exhausted. The Summer Palace is just a small building consisting of two towers, small and chic. Climbing up the tower, you can see the white houses in the Albayzin district.

Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain
Alhambra Palace ~ There are four major areas
📍Generalife (Generalife Palace) ~ The whole highlight must be photographed ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The sound of flowing water and the towering trees make it feel like you are in a different country. Each tree can lead to a different place, and you will meet others by chance while walking. 😂 This place is perfect for wedding photos (personal I think) ~ There are different brightly colored flowers on both sides of the grass 🌺 blooming ~ You can also smell the faint fragrance of flowers while walking ~
📍Alcazaba (Alcazaba Castle) ~ I personally think this is a very suitable place to relax and rest, looking at the entire city view of Granada from a high place ~ I have to say ~ The buildings here are so white! Looking at the whole city view, you can forget about your worries
There is also a design that looks like a maze ~ it’s a pity that you can’t actually walk into it! !
📍Nasrid Palaces (Nasrid Palaces) ~ The pool in the middle ~ will reflect the entire building on the water surface. The whole picture is very beautiful. There are different carvings in every corner of the palace ~ They are all very detailed. It's still so intact.
📍Palacio de Carlos V (Carlos V Palace) ~ I personally feel that this place is very similar to the Roman Colosseum 😂, a two-story building surrounded by a circle
On the day of the trip, I bought the tickets online and was able to enter by showing my original passport at the ticket gate (super convenient~).
📍The ticket prices for each attraction are also very different. It depends on your personal needs.
(Buy tickets on the official website or on-site (people who buy tickets on-site may need to go earlier to get tickets))
⌚️Visiting time: About three hours to half a day ~ It’s so nice to take pictures inside
(The entire park is also very large. Take your time to enjoy it. You may need to stay for a whole day, which is fine.)

Gorgeous Granada: Spain’s Moorish Jewel 🇪🇸
Granada, located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains in southern Spain, is a city known for its stunning Moorish architecture, vibrant culture, and rich history. The city’s most famous landmark, the Alhambra, is a breathtaking palace and fortress complex that reflects the splendor of Moorish civilization.
Architectural Wonders: Visit the Alhambra, where intricate Islamic art and lush gardens create a serene and majestic atmosphere. The Generalife, the summer palace of the Nasrid rulers, offers equally enchanting gardens and views.
Cultural Fusion: Granada’s Albaicín neighborhood, with its narrow streets and whitewashed houses, provides a glimpse into the city’s Moorish past. The Royal Chapel of Granada, where the Catholic Monarchs Ferdinand and Isabella are buried, showcases the city’s rich Christian heritage.
Granada’s culinary scene is known for its tapas culture, where small plates are served with drinks at many bars. Enjoy local specialties like jamón serrano and tortilla española while soaking in the lively atmosphere of this beautiful city.
