Gimpo Airport Kal Lounge is a lounge operated by Korean Air. Inside, you can have simple drinks and snacks. After much deliberation between going to a bossam restaurant near Anguk or the main branch of Manbearilang Bossam near Gimpo Airport, I decided on the latter, which is about a 10-minute drive from Gimpo Airport Station. Both are popular spots known for their lines, so I aimed for a Friday lunch to avoid waiting. As a result, I was able to smoothly enjoy my lunch without any wait. The bossam that was served was beautiful! The combination of bossam, kimchi, and shrimp on top of steamed small cabbage was simply delightful. The pork belly bossam was thinly sliced, with the perfect balance of fat and lean meat, melting softly in my mouth. It was truly a flavor I love. What surprised me was that the seafood kalguksu came as a complimentary dish. The broth, made from blue crabs and clams, was rich and flavorful. I thought it was amazing that this was offered as a service. I definitely want to come back to eat here the next time I use Gimpo Airport. the first snownin Korea last week it was a horrible day in the airport

I headed to Gimpo Airport to catch the 7:50 flight. I ordered a taxi from the hotel with Uber and arranged to arrive before 6:00. For early morning flights, the check-in counters open from 6:00 no matter how early you arrive, so if you don't want to waste time, I recommend arriving after 6:00! Security checks were also operated efficiently from early in the morning, and although there was a huge line, they opened earlier than the usual opening time of 6:30, so I was able to go through without stress. This time I flew with JAL, so I used the KAL lounge, and the breakfast menu was extensive and very satisfying✨✨ #0 yen trip November

#September Travel Support Event New airline Air Premia. Before Air Premia began international flights, it operated the Gimpo-Jeju route. It was a large aircraft with a 3-4-3 seating arrangement and had a monitor at each seat. Since it was a short route, there were no movies shown and the route provided in-flight Wi-Fi.

I took T'way flight TW667 from Gimpo Airport to Songshan Airport in Taiwan. Although I have used the domestic terminal at Gimpo Airport many times, this was my first time using the international terminal. It was easy to find as it is located right next to the domestic terminal counters. The check-in counter was very small, but there were more passengers than I expected, so it took quite a while to check in. I used the Sky Hub Lounge, which was decent as expected from a domestic lounge.

Actually, Jeju Island food is so delicious that I didn't really want anything special, but I ordered Osam Bulgogi because it looked delicious in the picture! They put seaweed on rice, and it was really delicious when I put Osam Bulgogi sauce and toppings on it! Before going home, fill up at the Gimpo Airport food court👍🏻

You can look at and buy Osulloc products at the Osulloc store, and in the case of teas, you can taste them and buy them yourself, which is nice. #August Travel Support Event Due to a flight delay, my evening flight became an early morning flight and I arrived at Gimpo Airport at dawn. Gimpo Airport was really leisurely and quiet at dawn. Unlike Incheon Airport, there weren't many people, so it didn't take long to get my luggage and I was able to get out of the airport easily. I don't come to Gimpo Airport often, so I didn't know, but it's good to use in the early morning.

We took Asiana Airlines from Seoul to Jeju Island. The flight departed from Gimpo International Airport (GMP) and took around 1 hour. Gimpo Airport can be reached easily by taking Seoul subway Line 5 to Gimpo Airport Station (Station Number 5-16). The flight from Seoul to Jeju Island was a memorable and scenic journey as it offered us a unique perspective on South Korea's diverse landscapes. My camera was ready throughout the flight to capture the breathtaking views from above! Finally back to Seoul with just 1 hour ish flight from Jeju. It is so fast and easy to go Jeju. I will want to go again and try driving the rental car across island, trying the ferry which can transport cars. Gimpo airport is efficient and luggage collection is very fast. They even have tv display on luggage handling. Also, you can bring your pets to fly domestically too. I see so many cute dogs around the airport. Yes your pets will fly together with you on passenger seats, not by cargo. My first time taking Jin Air and the flight time from Seoul to Jeju will be approximately 1 hour. I bought my tickets on Trip App and also able to apply promo code. My one way ticket cost me about $50 with 15 kg check in luggage. The flight is comfortable and it has 3 seats on each side, quite spacious and the plane feels new. The stewardess are friendly and they make announcements in both Korean and English. One thing to take note is at the boarding gate, no English announcements were made. For domestic flights check in at Gimpo Airport is easy and even if you are a tourist, you can do it efficiently too. It is a pity that online check in is not available but you can use the self-check in machines at the airport. If not then can just approach the airlines desk and do manual check in. Most of the domestic air tickets will include a 15 to 20kg check in luggage allowance. #wheretogo Most people take ktx from seoul to busan however that alone is around 3.5hrs travel time. Try taking a domestic transfer the next time, it is only 1hr flight and cost around the same as ktx tickets (or maybe lesser if you managed to get promo code) It is a more preferred way of travelling for the locals so you (and your group) is likely the only foreigners onboard. P/S: there is a hyundai Premium Outlet nearby the gimpo airport which is worth a visit. Another reason for you to try taking domestic flight than the usual ktx :)
