Solo trip to Fukuoka, Japan | Freely moving between nature and the city
#FukuokaItinerary
Day 1: I had a meal and walked around (you can go to the nearby Don Quixote! There are many snacks and it is open 24 hours
Many other stores close before 20:00. You can mark the store you want to go to, and the opening hours will be displayed. Then you can click in to see which store is closest and open. Hahaha, very convenient
Day2️⃣ Highlights❗ ❗️❗️
I signed up for a one-day tour, departing from Fukuoka, to Aso Mountain, Kusasenri, Kamishiromi Kumanoza Shrine, and Kurokawa Onsen. The itinerary time was very reasonable.
1️⃣ Lunch at Mount Aso, facing the scenery, eating, eating from rich to thrifty, you can pay with WeChat
2️⃣ Due to time and weather, I chose a shop in Kurokawa Onsen to experience the open-air hot spring. The time is unlimited, but it is too hot. I soaked for more than 20 minutes in the bamboo forest. It is very beautiful (but because it is open-air, there will be some insects on the water surface
The tour guide said there is an oldest hot spring that has been around since the Showa era. It only costs 200 yen, but the facilities should be very old. I wonder if I have the courage to go. Hahahaha, I'm quite curious.
You can bring your own towel, you can rent or buy it at the hot spring shop, renting is 200 yen, buying is 400 yen (there is a towel with Kumamon, I bought it as a souvenir)
You don't need to wear anything in Japanese hot springs, so you don't need to bring any other clothes
Day 3️⃣
On the third day, I went to Itoshima for a bike ride.
I took the subway to Chikuzen Maehara, and went to the nearby Itoshima Tourist Center (I think that's what it's called) to rent an electric assisted bicycle for 1400 yen/4 hours, with insurance for 300 yen (you don't have to buy it, but if you buy it, you can get compensation if the bicycle is damaged). I rode to the white torii gate in 4 hours, stopped and walked to take pictures, and had a meal. It took about the same amount of time.
I went shopping in the afternoon. There are a lot of things in Mina. Uniqlo, loft and bookoff are all here (the shopping destination for poor students hahahaha) (⚠️You need to take off your shoes in the fitting room. I didn’t notice it at first)
Day 4️⃣
It was raining, so I went to a nearby post office to mail a postcard to myself, and then went shopping, hahahaha. I also went to a filming location for Natsume and had a brief encounter with a girl from Hiroshima~
