lThe last coffee of the six-day Tokyo trip☕️ Pilgrimage to Glitch in Ginza🏠 I went to the Osaka store in early February and the atmosphere here was completely different😮 The location may be convenient for Osaka. There is already a queue 🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻🚶🏻♂️ Most of the customers are tourists from various countries😬 The process is to order, pay, and then take a seat🪑 The small shop has only a dozen seats👀 The decoration is in a Western classical style🧐 Use leather sofa seats, Western-style chandeliers, and dark wood tables🛋️ There is also soft and pleasant vinyl music playing💽🎵🎶 Among more than ten kinds of coffee beans, I chose Colombian washed beans recommended by the store staff🫘🍶 Mixed with floral fragrance of lychee, peach and strawberry🍑🍓🌸 The back section has grapefruit and cane sugar flavors which are very good🍊🎋 #japanitinerary#food

#japantrip Came here early in the morning and seeing that they specialize in pour-over coffee, I decided to order a coffee flight with three different beans. There are about a dozen different coffee beans to choose from at different price points. The barista was welcoming and helpful when I asked for some recommendations. All their coffee beans are light roast, smooth and balanced. The three I had all had distinct flavor profiles, although impossible to identify every single flavor note, it was fascinating just being able to taste one or two flavor notes for each coffee. Two of the pour over coffee were unique, one with different melon notes and the other a tomato flavor note. I particularly enjoyed the melon one more.
