[2025 Singapore Restaurant] Travel Guide for Good Chai People (Updated Feb)

#singaporetrip I visited Good Chai People around January this year, after seeing a friend’s review. Unfortunately they closed down but I’ll still keep the post bc the chai was so good! Yuzu Salmon Open Faced Toast ($18++) A reasonable portion yuzu-marinated salmon on top of well-toasted sourdough with lemon cream cheese, capers, cucumber relish, mesclun mix, plus a side salad which makes quite a balanced meal. Components were great and they go well with one another, overall quite refreshing and substantial. My only gripe was that there’s a lot of the cream cheese but they can be easily scraped off so all’s good I recalled trying a chai latte or two preceding Good Chai People’s Sticky Chai Latte ($7++), and being very honest, none left an impression like this one! I’m not sure how Chai Lattes are supposed to taste like (the authenticity issue thing) but this seemed like the legit thing and twas a goooood drink—perfect levels of spice, sweetness, and spot on consistency—creamy and bodied, but fluid and not heavy. I rarely order drinks, but this I’ll definitely get again #cafe #trip

#singapore They're located along the East Coast road stretch, where all the good food and malls are located. It's quite a huge store here, vs what I'm used to in malls and other outlets around the island. That said, they're also a slight walk away from i12 Katong, and parking is quite cumbersome at the shop front. Their acai bowl is pretty consistent and good. Carefully prepared by the team, I like how the fresh fruits go on nicely and with a fair bit of love ultimately. Not the cheapest things to munch on, but it's definitely enjoyable as a snack or post meal dessert.
