#tokyotrip Ladurée is a wonderful cafe we visited at Gotemba Premium Outlets Tokyo. Originally from Paris, this highly popular cafe re-creates the atmosphere of the Paris main store, reminiscent of a ladies' ballroom, and offers authentic French dishes created using local French recipes. Come early to avoid the crowds! It opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. There’s plenty to see, shop and eat here! You can visit the information center to scan the QR to download some disocunt coupons for tourists. There are quite a number of restaurants around there. Don't have to worry if you feel hungry after shopping. The prices are affordable too! Kids won't get bored too, as there are rides for them to play. The scenery is nice too, able to have a good view of Mount Fuji! Worth to check it out!

We started driving from Ueno at about 9:15 and drove for more than an hour and a half. We got on the Tokyo Expressway and drove along the metropolitan area towards Yokohama. Along the way, we could see the beautiful Mount Fuji in the distance. We finally arrived at the Gotemba Premium Outlet before 11 o'clock. It turns out that you can park for free here without making any purchases. I saw a netizen introducing a very famous Shizuoka charcoal grilled hamburger steak restaurant in this outlet online, so I rushed over to get a ticket after parking my car. However, the ticket said I had to wait for five hours. This might be because there were already many people queuing when the restaurant opened at 10:00. I had no choice but to wait while walking on the street. I could scan the QR code to check how long I would have to wait. There are a wide variety of outlet store types and brands, my personal favorites include: Celine, Burberry, Gucci, Gap, Franc Franc, Polo, Coach, Adidas and Plaza, etc. Finally, we were able to sit down in the restaurant around 16:40. We waited for more than five hours. Everyone is looking forward to it. Why do so many people choose this restaurant to wait? The food tastes good, but it's not worth waiting 5 hours to eat. It may be because Japanese people like the iron plate like the one in Hong Kong Garden Restaurant, and then the waiter comes to pour sauce and asks customers to cover it with paper towels to avoid being stained by the sauce. This way of eating is very novel and attracts people. In conclusion, this outlet is really worth a day of shopping. You can't finish shopping from dawn to dusk. Come to the Goden-den outlet in Shizuoka Prefecture. The place is very large and spacious. In addition to the east and west wings, there is also a mountain wing. #2023travelwish A great place to come if you enjoy shopping, very large with lots of shops. Some places have great deals. It separate into 3 main zone. Hill side, east and west zone. I purchased winter wear and some clothing at a great price. Lots of stores from affordable to premium. Somehow limited restaurants options. The best spot to catch these awesome views will be over the connecting bridge and you can find the viewing point spot marked out nicely for you. Believe me when I say you can see awesome autumn views and winter views. Yes and this including Mt Fuji. It is such an incredible views and end December onwards is the best time to catch Mt Fuji views. The connecting bridge area also have many trees below and also best place to catch the autumn foliage. I went to Gotemba Premium Outlets to buy some summer clothes. You can see Mt. Fuji, a World Heritage Site, from here. It's the largest outlet in Japan, so it's at a high altitude. It's easily affected by the weather, but you can enjoy the spectacular view. Branded items are also cheap 😋 There's a food court, so you won't have any trouble with lunch. I tried the famous "Sawayaka Hamburger" as a souvenir, but it was thick and juicy, so I'd like to go back again. (I had to wait 2 hours even on weekdays. It's best to get a numbered ticket at 10am when it opens.) I went to Gotemba in Shizuoka. There are a lot of things here, so I bought a lot of things.

I will come back one day for sure, 3 days 2 nights is not sufficient! What more day trip! This place is really magical. You get a different views of the Mount Fuji in different parks and lakes. Even in my room the view was breathtaking enough! I’ve mainly visited Lake Kawaguchiko, but I would really like to go back to explore around Lake Yamanakako at the east area for more photos!!! 😍 🗻🗻🗻🗻🗻🗻🗻🗻🗻🗻 How to move around? I must say… 🚌travelling around with the sightseeing pass was easy. You can get a map at Kawaguchiko station then decide which location you would like to visit. There are 3 lines of buses for north area (red, blue, green). Just hop on the buses according to the maps. There are 3 lines of business for east area (F, A and C). Here are the 2 passes! 1️⃣ The north area pass covers Lake Kawaguchiko, Lake Motosu, Lake Saiko and Lake Shoji. 2️⃣ The east area pass covers Lake Yamanakako. You can purchase the passes at the counter or via Japan Transit app!
