[2025 Seogwipo Stay] Travel Guide for Grand Josun Jeju (Updated Mar)

When we visited in spring, we booked a garden view room. This time, we initially booked a standard room without a view. However, since it was for a special occasion, they upgraded us two levels to a poolside view room!🤗 The basic room is very spacious and we love it. It's so clean! There's a coffee machine and capsules provided, and there's a table which makes it convenient to eat. The room service menu is extensive and not overly expensive! The chicken and beer set is great value for money🧡😀

There are discounts for guests, Jeju residents, and Naver reservations, so please check them out and use them for a low price!!😋😋

There are two pools at the Grand Josun Hotel, the main pool is on the first floor and is available for all ages, and the rooftop pool is an adult pool on the rooftop above the 6th floor! You can also use the pool-only slippers in the locker room on the first floor, so I recommend the route of the first floor pool ➡️ rooftop pool ➡️ first floor sauna👍 The sunbeds in the main pool are free, and the sunbeds in the rooftop pool cost money, but when I went, it was so cold that I couldn't lie down on the sunbeds...😢 The view from the rooftop was so pretty, so if you're only with adults, I highly recommend the rooftop! The jacuzzi was also really nice💖 The Grand Josun Hotel is a bit far from the entrance and the bus stop, so I recommend taking a taxi if possible!

The weekday lunch price is 85,000 won for adults, and the weekend & holiday lunch price is 95,000 won for adults, so the price range is much better than Seoul, so I recommend it.👍👍 There were a lot of customers even during weekday lunch!🫢🫢 Guests can get a 10% discount, so be sure to try it! The moment I walked into the hotel, an elegant atmosphere greeted me. The room is mainly in a plain color, but it is not monotonous at all. Instead, it reveals a low-key luxury in simplicity. Every detail is like a carefully carved artwork, especially the anti-collision treatment of the chair corners. This seemingly insignificant design reflects the hotel's meticulous care for guests, making people feel at home and comfortable. The cookies given at check-in were a sweet start. Jeju Island matcha and Jeju Island citrus-flavored cookies are like two pearls on the taste buds. The freshness of matcha and the fruity aroma of citrus are intertwined. The wonderful taste still lingers in my heart. If I hadn't restrained myself, I would have wanted to pack them all up and take them away. The hotel's swimming pool is undoubtedly the shining star here. It is like a warm embrace that is open all year round, and the constant temperature of the pool water exudes an irresistible charm in any season. In winter, when the outside world is shrouded in cold, jumping into the pool, the warm water wraps around the body, as if time has stopped for this comfortable moment. The lounge chairs with bath heater by the pool are even more unique. Lying on them, looking at the blue sky of Jeju Island, it feels like being in a luxurious tropical resort, and the comfort is simply indescribable. The surrounding environment of the hotel is like a natural painting. The golf course on the mountain is lush and green, showing an elegant style. The cherry blossom forest next to it is like a pink dream. Walking through it, the petals fall with the wind, as if being in a romantic fairy tale world. Breakfast time is a feast for the taste buds. A wide variety of bread, each one is like a masterpiece of a baking master, with a soft texture and rich wheat aroma, which is not inferior to the products of high-end bakeries outside. Freshly squeezed juice is full of the fragrance of fresh fruits. The rare supply of goat milk adds a unique flavor to breakfast, and every bite is full of novelty and satisfaction. The hotel is located in the Jungmun Tourist Complex in Seogwipo. Although it takes a short walk after taking bus 600 from the airport, it does not affect my love for it at all. Here, every corner is full of stories, and every experience becomes an eternal treasure in memory. Jeju Sun Classic Hotel is undoubtedly the best companion for a trip to Jeju Island.

Especially in winter, when the cold air met the warm pool water, the feeling was indescribable. Moreover, the outdoor lounge chairs were equipped with heating lamps, making it feel like being in a tropical resort, sweeping away the cold and fatigue. The surrounding environment of the hotel was also great. There was a golf course on the mountain behind, and the cherry blossom forest next to it was lush and green. Walking through the forest, the view opened up, and the scenery was picturesque, making me feel happy. Breakfast was a feast for the taste buds. There was a wide variety of bread, all of which were soft and delicious, just as good as those sold outside. The freshly squeezed juice was refreshing, and the most special thing was the availability of goat milk, which was rarely seen in other hotels. The hotel was located in the Jungmun Tourist Complex in Seogwipo. Although it required a short walk after taking bus 600 from the airport, this small inconvenience was completely overshadowed by the hotel's charm.
