[2025 Nanjing Stay] Travel Guide for Grand Metropark Nanjing (Updated Apr)

I have stayed in many hotels, but only this one left such a lasting impression, making my trip to Nanjing not just a tour, but a vacation. I booked two nights during the May Day holiday. The hotel seems to cover more than 1700 acres on the other side of the Zhongshan Scenic Area. From the room in the Zijin Building, you can directly see the mountains and water. There are many fish in the water, as well as black swans, a family of ducks, and two swans. It was wonderful to take a walk after breakfast every day. We usually stayed at the hotel during the day and went to the city to stroll around the Qinhuai River at night. One night, it rained continuously. We opened the window, listened to the sound of the rain, and fell asleep. When I woke up in the morning, I felt particularly refreshed. I hadn't slept so well in a long time. As the holiday was coming to an end, we moved to the Grand Metropark Hotel next to the Nanjing Museum. Although it is also a five-star hotel and very good, it couldn't compare to the scenery of this hotel, and the beddings were not as comfortable. Perhaps compared to the convenience of the city, I prefer nature and being away from people. Returning to Beijing, I went back to my daily life. The few days in Nanjing were still very happy.

The quality is pretty good It was a very satisfying accommodation experience and very cost-effective. 🍱In the evening, there will be a "small food market" in front of the hotel.
