Hilo at Hilton Doubletree Grand Naniloa Hotel
This is my first time staying in the Hilo area, and I suddenly feel like I've unlocked a new continent. Hilton Doubletree Grand Naniloa Hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it has a strong holiday feel. You need to stay at least two nights to properly explore this area.
You can spend a day going to the volcano, enjoying the sunset and stargazing tour, and you can also spend a day going to the famous nearby attractions Banyan Gallery, Coconut Island and Queen Liliuokalani Gardens, all of which can be reached on foot. To be precise, the Hilo area is one of the most culturally distinctive areas of the Big Island, and it is worth spending some time to explore in depth.
I like the volcano view directly from the hotel balcony, especially the moment when I open the curtains in the morning, I feel amazed. I also like the large lawn and swimming pool in front of the coast, and tourists can even jump into the bay for a swim. Of course, the hotel breakfast with a view is not to be missed.
