Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa is a very conveniently located hotel in Tokyo. It is just a few minutes walk to Shinagawa station which brings you to the main areas like Shibuya with just a direct train and couple of stops. The hotel itself is fantastic with a very grand lobby, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. As with most hotels in Japan, the room came well stocked with things that you’ll need for your stay like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, slippers, etc. There is a air purifier in the room too which was a nice touch. My favourite part of the hotel is that there is a 7-11 located right at the basement of the hotel. It was so easy to get my snacks and food from there during my stay. Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable hotel outside the busy Tokyo areas, Grand Prince is a good choice! #tokyo

Amenities are provided at a minimum. It was nice that there was mineral water, coffee, and tea for the number of people. It has a balcony so you can go outside, which is good for COVID-19 prevention. Staying in the Deluxe Twin Room at Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa was a pleasant experience! When I walked into the room, I was attracted by its atmosphere: a perfect blend of modern and warm. Two comfortable double beds were placed in the spacious space, so my companion and I could enjoy enough rest. The room is equipped with all kinds of modern facilities, which makes me feel very convenient. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, the flat screen TV and sound system provided entertainment options, and there was a comfortable work area that allowed me to catch up on some necessary work. The bathroom facilities were also satisfactory, clean and tidy with a shower and bathtub. The toiletries were of great quality and made my bathing experience even more pleasant. What impressed me most was the view from the room. #fallishere During my stay in Japan Tokyo, my family and I stayed at the grand prince hotel shin takanawa. The hotel lobby grand with nice lights and had a traditional japanese design but in a good way. We stayed in a double single bed room and it had a warm feel with a connected balcony. Cleanliness of the room could be improved and room may look abit dates but we love that the room and toilet was big. The hotel is divided into different wings so it's abit confusing when taking the lift to your room. Location of the hotel is near to the train station and mall so all else is great.
