This is a heart-warming story...Greyfriars Bobby (4 May 1855 – 14 Jan. 1872) was a Skye Terrier, spending 14 years guarding the grave of its owner John Gray until itself died on 14 January 1872, then was buried inside the gate of Greyfriars Kirkyard, not far from John Gray's grave.
