Guandu Temple is located in Beitou District, Taipei City. It is an ancient Ma-Tao Temple in the north. It is a religious place that uses Buddhism as its ritual and Taoism as its purpose. Guandu Palace was founded in about 1661 AD to worship Mazu. It was originally called Lingshan Temple and is located on the top of Lingshan Mountain. Guandu Palace has a long history. The front of the main hall is made of stone walls. One side is full of various historical stories. The stair guardrails on both sides are made of similar stone reliefs, and the works are delicate. The stone pillars in front of the Guandu Palace are also engraved with dragons, and the stone lions and wall carvings are even more spectacular. Entering the Guandu Palace, the caisson, bucket arches, and beam rafters on the top of the palace are rich in sculptures and paintings. Art. Due to the prosperous incense of Guandu Palace, Guandu Palace has been continuously expanded. In addition to Notre Dame Hall, Guanyin Hall, and Wenchang Hall, there are also ancient Buddha caves, Guangdu Temple, Drum Tower, Bell Tower, etc.
