The Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street Attraction is one of the six classic Attraction in Hengdian Film and Television City. It is the first Attraction built in Hengdian Film and Television City. It was built in August 1996 for the filming of the historical blockbuster "The Opium War". With realistic real-life buildings, it artistically reproduces the old appearance of Guangzhou and the charm of Hong Kong around 1840. Guangzhou Street covers an area of more than 300 mu, and Hong Kong Street covers an area of 120 mu. The quaint streets and alleys dot the "Flower City", and old-fashioned locomotives lie on the weathered rails. The crisscrossing rivers flow into the "Pearl River". The "Thirteen Barbarians Pavilion" is like an international architectural exposition, and the world's first teahouse "Tianlan Pavilion" is a collection of pavilions and terraces, showing the elegance of Chinese architecture. The entire layout of Hong Kong Street is designed with the advantages of wilderness slopes, and there are many street scenes in the central urban area of Hong Kong in the 19th century, such as Queen's Road, Hong Kong Governor's House, Victoria Barracks, HSBC Bank, Shanghai Mansion, and Hehan Garden. There are more than 30 European-style buildings here: Pedder Street, Chater Street, Connaught Road, Queen's Road, Queen's Statue Square, Governor's House, St. John's Church, Dent & Co., and Victoria Barracks, etc., which constituted the "Victoria City" which was the political, economic and cultural center of Hong Kong at that time. The night view of Hong Kong Street is located in the Victoria Harbor area of the Hong Kong Street District Attraction Area of Guangzhou Street in Hengdian World Studios. Des Voeux Road, Pedder Street, Queen's Road, Connaught Road and Chater Street Loop have created a complex of buildings that are very much in the style of old Hong Kong in the 19th century, and incorporate film and television scenes, gourmet snacks, entertainment bars, trendy businesses, performances, skits and more. Time travel is not just about seeing the 19th century Hong Kong-style themed buildings, but also about being truly in a lifelike movie-like street scene. At night, the entire Hong Kong city area is illuminated by colorful neon lights, turning it into a movie-themed city that never sleeps. Amid the rickshaw drivers' evasive sounds, we walked through the streets full of various characters and came to the Guangxiang Street Film and Television Theme Hotel where we stayed at night. If you love Hu Ge, Wang Kai, and Jin Dong, the three handsome Ming brothers, you can stay in the "The Disguiser" film and television theme room; and if you are obsessed with the "Qi Yue" CP in "The Mystic Nine", you can just check in to the CP sweet spot of Xinyue Hotel - Yin Xinyue's boudoir.
