Day 1 Itinerary
✅Lianping County: It has the unique charm of the Little Lijiang River in autumn. Recommended visit time: 1–2 hours. Here, you can take a leisurely stroll️, and children can enjoy cycling. After visiting, you can enjoy a delicious lunch in Lianping and then continue north.
✅Dingnan Hakka Ancient City: Wow, the New Year atmosphere here is super strong! There are wonderful fish and dragon dances, beautifully shaped fish lanterns, energetic lion dances️, various intangible cultural heritage displays🎉, and even splendid fireworks shows🎉.
During the New Year (Jan 29–Feb 4), there will be exciting activities such as lion dances, fireworks shows, fish and dragon dances, and fish lantern parades at the city gate at 7 pm every night. After the New Year, there will be fish and dragon dances every Saturday night.

✅Navigation: Yan Yi Wei/Wu Shi Wei (the two walled villages are 4 km apart)
⭐️Fun Fact: Wu Shi Wei was built in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years, full of historical weight. Yan Yi Wei is a walled village where residents still live.
Due to limited time, we didn't go to Taiping Bridge because we had to rush back to Guifeng Village in Conghua to see the plum blossoms before sunset.
The plum blossoms in Guifeng Village, Conghua, Guangzhou, are as beautiful as a fairyland.
✅Navigation: Guifeng Village, Conghua
✅Tickets: Free
✅Full Bloom Period: Feb 1–Feb 15
After visiting the walled villages, drive to Guifeng Village, which takes about 1 hour. Guifeng Village is a village that produces Sanhua plums. The white plum blossoms along the path are very photogenic, and we come here every year to check in...
On the way, you can also reach the source of the Liuxi River, and you can choose to drive or walk️ there. The source of the Liuxi River is a great place for children to play in the water in summer.
✅Recommended Restaurant: [Ancient Banyan Tree Farmhouse Cuisine] in the village, their stuffed tofu and white-cut chicken are super delicious (we are regulars here). There is also a [Xiangxi Farmhouse Cuisine] near Congdu, which is also affordable, and the dishes are super delicious homemade dishes. How about it? Are you tempted? Hurry up and set off!
