The lake shimmers, reflecting the blue sky and surrounding scenery. On the benches by the lake, some sit quietly, lost in thought, while others chat and laugh. In the distance, a few birds skim across the water, creating ripples that also stir the heartstrings. Without deliberate searching, the romance and comfort of this city are captured by the lens, becoming my own beautiful collection.

If you are driving, you can navigate directly to the Guishan Park parking lot, where there are plenty of parking spaces. If you are taking public transportation, you can first check the bus routes in your city, get off at the stop closest to the park, and then walk there. - Itinerary: Enter through the main gate of the park, and you will be greeted by a wide expanse of lawn. You may wish to stop here for a while and enjoy the natural scenery. Then follow the main road and you will see the winding hiking trail. Along the way up the mountain, you will pass several viewing platforms where you can stop and overlook the beautiful city. When you reach the top of the mountain, you will have a panoramic view of the rolling mountains in the distance and the entire city. After descending the mountain, walk towards the northeast of the park, where there is a tranquil lake with weeping willows by the side. At the top of Guishan, we enjoyed the spectacular view of "Turtle and Snake Lock the Yangtze River" formed by Guishan, Snake Hill, and the Yangtze River Bridge. After admiring the towering Hubei TV Tower, we visited the "First Ding of China" (symbolizing the Three Kingdoms), the statue of Cao Cao on horseback, the tomb of Lu Su, and other statues of heroes from the Three Kingdoms. The landmark building is the TV tower, which faces Snake Mountain in Wuchang District across the river. It is located at the confluence of the Yangtze River and the Han River, and forms a beautiful scene with Snake Mountain and the Yangtze River Bridge, known as "Turtle and Snake Lock the Yangtze River". It is also an excellent place to enjoy the ecological and cultural landscape of Wuhan, and has become the most beautiful viewing platform in the city center.

Before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, I visited Wuhan again. I took a day trip and chose my own route. First, I went to Guiyuan Temple to pray, then walked to Guqintai to visit, and then to Guishan Mountain. I also visited Qingchuan Pavilion at the confluence of the Han River and the Yangtze River. At noon, I finished my trip in Jianghan District and took a bus to Hubei Provincial Museum, which I had booked in advance. The museum has a rich collection of exhibits and masterpieces, which are amazing. In the afternoon, I visited Baotong Temple, the oldest surviving temple in Wuhan. In the evening, my last stop of the day was the Chu River Han Street, known as the "No. 1 Commercial Street in China".

Take the bus to the 'Yangtze River Bridge Hanyang Bridgehead' stop, walk about 200 meters towards the Yangtze River Bridge, and the entrance to the scenic area will come into view. Climbing Guishan takes only 10-20 minutes to reach Butterfly Spring, the best viewing spot. Here, you can enjoy many stunning views. At Butterfly Terrace, you can overlook the Yangtze River Bridge and get a ground-level view from the open area not far from the entrance to the scenic area, both showcasing the grandeur of the Yangtze River Bridge. From a distance, you can see the Yellow Crane Tower, whether from Butterfly Terrace or after descending to the Dayu Myth Park, capturing the elegance of this historic tower. The view of Moon Lake and the Yangtze River together can be photographed from Butterfly Terrace or the open area to the west, and the skyline of Hankou can also be perfectly captured from the same direction. Of course, there is also the Guishan TV Tower, which is not yet open to the public. Although you cannot visit inside, photographing it from a distance has its own charm. However, there are some things you need to pay attention to while playing. Some open areas do not have railings, so be sure to stay safe and not be careless. Also, Butterfly Spring closes at 17:00 in the afternoon, so remember to go early to avoid missing out. The two famous mountains in Wuhan, known as 'the turtle and snake lock the great river,' are places with a red revolutionary heritage. Indeed, after visiting Snake Mountain, I immediately climbed Turtle Mountain to pay my respects to the only female founder of the Party, Martyr Xiang Jingyu, who rests there. The Martyr Xiang Jingyu Cemetery is nestled against the mountain and by the water, with green trees filling the garden, giving a solemn and respectful feeling. It consists of four parts: the martyr's statue, the martyr's tomb, the cemetery of red warriors, and the exhibition hall displaying the life and deeds of Xiang Jingyu. Xiang Jingyu, as Chairman Mao's fellow Hunanese, the first female member of the Central Committee of our Party, and a pioneer of the women's movement, used her short 33 years of life to exemplify the brilliant life of an outstanding Communist with her final words, 'I come from darkness and go towards the light.' On July 15, 1927, Wang Jingwei openly betrayed the revolution in Wuhan, crazily slaughtering thousands of Communists and revolutionary masses, including famous martyrs such as Xiang Jingyu, Xia Minghan, Ma Jun, Huang Wuyi, Ren Kaiguo, Chen Qike, and others. Touchingly, after the martyrs' sacrifice, seamen Chen Chunhe and Wang Zhaigong risked their lives late at night to secretly bury the martyrs and record their heroic names. Both men were later killed, and the list of martyrs was lost. Later generations remember the martyrs and call them 'red warriors.' I slowly approached the statue of Martyr Xiang Jingyu, gazing at this great woman with a book in hand, looking into the distance with a hopeful expression for the future. With immense admiration, reverence, and respect, I bowed three times to the martyr. Regrettably, it was Monday, and the exhibition hall displaying the life and deeds of Xiang Jingyu was closed. Looking through the glass at the front door, I was reluctant to leave for a long time. Time and again, I reflect on the sacrifices of the martyrs and feel deeply that the good life we enjoy today was bought with the blood and lives of revolutionary martyrs. Remembering history and not forgetting the martyrs is the eternal voice from my heart! The Martyr Xiang Jingyu Cemetery is a national key revolutionary martyr memorial building protection unit and a national-level 'patriotic education base.'
