Guizhou Forest Wildlife Park is located in the Lengshuigou branch of Zazuo Forest Farm on Guibi Highway in Zazuo Town, Xiuwen County, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. The park is located next to the Sichuan-Guizhou Railway and at the intersection of the Guiyang-Zunyi and Guiyang-Bilong Expressways, only 35 kilometers away from Guiyang. I have compiled a super detailed itinerary for your reference😊 1️⃣One ticket includes tickets, cable cars, and sightseeing buses. After buying the ticket, you can swipe your ID card to enter, saving the trouble of paying for each item separately. 2️⃣The cable car takes about 13 minutes, very smoothly. When we reach the top of the mountain, we go to the panda house first. There are two cute round pandas. Maybe it’s too hot, they don’t move much. There are a lot of pandas around. The panda ice cream is delicious, haha~ 3️⃣ After coming out of the Panda House, there is the 👈🏻primitive forest on the left and the 👉🏻wild beast area on the right. I took the children to choose to continue watching the animals. We walked through two long black corridors to the tiger park. The tigers were right under our feet. Through the thick glass corridor, we could see the tigers sleeping and resting. There were staff watching in the corridor, and we could feed the tigers and see them eating meat up close. 4️⃣ Come out of the Tiger Park and pass the Orchid Trail, you will see the sightseeing bus boarding area, take the bus to the wild animal free-range area, choose a seat with an iron chain on the window, the window with the iron chain can be opened for feeding, there is a guide on the bus, you can buy food, there are black bears 🐻, lions 🦁, tigers 🐯 in the free-range area, they will stop at fixed locations for feeding, the tigers and black bears cooperate very well, the children are very happy watching it. After leaving the free-range area, the car will stop at the Ice and Snow Kingdom, where there is an additional charge. 5️⃣Walk through the science walkway to the Cute Pet Park, and you can walk on the rainbow suspension bridge. There are two ways to choose, one is to walk down the mountain, and the other is to take the glass slide down the mountain. Most people choose to slide down the mountain 🛝, which requires an additional fee. There is one detail that I want to praise. When taking the slide down the mountain, if an adult holds a child, the staff will tie a rope around the two people to secure them, to prevent the adult from accidentally letting go of the child while sliding. 6️⃣The animals in the Cute Pet Park are the common ones, such as ostriches, alpacas, monkeys, rabbits, raccoons, etc. You can feed them carrots. There are children's play facilities in the square, but they were not open on the day we went. Going forward is the Bird Park and Deer Park, with many peacocks and sika deer. It's the zoo with the most animals around Guiyang, mostly visited by families with children. They have zebras🦓, swans🦢, monkeys🐒, black bears, flamingos🦩, tigers🐅, lions🦁, kangaroos🦘, hippos🦛, elephants🐘, giraffes🦒............ My favorites are the brown bears and giraffes🦒! They cooperate with me when I feed them and take pictures📷, and you can also see kangaroos hopping around, which is incredibly cute! The new 'Jurassic Park' area is a big hit with the kids👍 ❗️❗️For those who are faint-hearted, the park has a special 'snake fright' path, which is so considerate. 🦎Crocodile lizard tribe, python garden🐍 and other viewing spots⋯⋯ It's such a close distance to see snakes, lizards, crocodiles⋯

It is the largest zoo in Guizhou Province, with the most comprehensive facilities, the richest variety of animal species, and the highest number of animals. It is also the only wildlife zoo in the province, rightfully earning the title of Guizhou's number one animal kingdom. The zoo is nestled within a forest, surrounded by tall and dense woods, which isolate it from two heavily trafficked roads. While enjoying the convenience of transportation, it also ensures a tranquil and secluded environment. The zoo's sightseeing path is circular, winding along the undulating terrain. Various pavilions, performance centers, and service facilities are distributed along the circular path, with a logical layout and clear visiting routes, avoiding any backtracking or unnecessary detours. The design is excellent, and the full range of barrier-free facilities makes it suitable for visitors of all ages. The design of the animal enclosures is exceptional. As a wildlife zoo, compared to ordinary urban zoos, the enclosures here are larger in scale, better equipped, and situated in a more favorable environment. This not only provides a better habitat for the animals but also offers a superior visiting experience for tourists. The animals here do not exhibit stereotypical behaviors but are closer to their natural state. Visiting the zoo takes at least 3 hours, and if you want to watch the animal performances, it may take even longer. The zoo is a ten-minute drive from Zhazuo Town, where the famous trotter hotpot, a renowned Guiyang dish, can be found. Spending a weekend with the family, watching animals and enjoying hotpot, is indeed a perfect experience.
