This restaurant specializes in thick-cut charcoal-grilled beef tongue, boasting a rich smoky flavor, crispy exterior, and tender interior!
On weekend evenings, there's almost always a line, so it's recommended to visit on weekday afternoons for immediate seating👌 The interior features a traditional Japanese style, with spacious seating and a comfortable atmosphere.
🍽️ What I ordered:
🐮 Tan-yaki Set Meal (JPY 2500)
4 pieces of thick-cut beef tongue, slightly charred and crispy on the outside, chewy and juicy on the inside.
Served with springy barley rice and a warm oxtail soup—absolutely satisfying!
🐮 Wagyu Tan-yaki Set Meal (JPY 3800)
Delicate and tender, melts in your mouth, with richer marbling.
However, I found it a bit too rich to eat in large quantities.
👉 Personally, I still prefer the classic option! It's more balanced and lets you fully enjoy the charcoal-grilled aroma. For first-timers, I recommend starting with this set!
