Come visit Hoi An! 🏮🌿🍹🚲
The cutest riverside town in Vietnam, so charming that anyone who visits will fall in love!
📍 Hoi An highlights:
• 🏮 Hoi An Ancient Town — Classic yellow houses + sparkling multi-colored lanterns at night 🌙 So beautiful that you won't want to leave
• 🍹 Hoi An Mót Juice — Refreshing, fragrant herbs served in bamboo cups, decorated with gotu kola and flowers 🌸 Both delicious and photogenic
• 🥥 Coconut Coffee — Fragrant, strong, creamy, and smooth, like Vietnamese coffee mixed with smoothies 😋 Refreshing and perfect for hot weather
• 🌅 Enjoy the evening view of the riverside — The evening light hitting the old buildings is so great. You can sit in a cafe and chill or take a basket boat!
• 🥟 Hoi An Morning Market — Wake up early to experience the local way of life There are many local Vietnamese foods to try, such as Banh Mi, Pho, Banh Xeu (Vietnamese desserts).
• 🚲 Rent a bicycle to ride around the city — through rice fields, mountains, simple houses, and get a real Vietnamese countryside feel.
• 🎨 Do a DIY workshop — there are classes on how to make lanterns, paper, or write your name in ancient Vietnamese characters!
🌾 Hoi An is perfect for those who want to relax, walk slowly, take lots of photos, and eat delicious food without rushing.
You can come for 1 day or stay for 1-2 nights, because the atmosphere in the old town at night is really beautiful. ✨
I'd like to invite you to walk, drink Mót, and take a boat to watch the floating lanterns together. 🛶💛
If you want to change the atmosphere to a slow-life Vietnam, Hoi An is the place for you!

Qiongfu Hall (Hainan)
#MarchGoodPlaces2025
Qiongfu Guild Hall is dedicated to Zhaoying Gong
It is slightly different from other temples or guild halls in that they worship gods.
The tablets here are for worship
In memory of the 108 Qiong merchants who were unjustly killed by pirates
There is a plaque at the door recording this event.
This hall is very large. In addition to the inner and outer halls,
His front and back yards are also very deep
There are many landscaping and carving arrangements
It feels like a small park.
It's worth using a ticket to visit

[Hoi An] 🇻🇳 Hainan Hall
This time, I will introduce the temples in Hoi An!
Vietnam has many temples, so if you like visiting temples, you will be excited!
This time, I went to a temple close to Hoi An Market!
The temple staff were very kind and it was fun to watch them!
If you tell the temple staff your zodiac sign, they will give you an offering, so you can enter the temple and pray!
Please stop by!

An unforgettable moment I experienced in Hoi An
There was a charming historical site that made the Disney castle look like a garden shed. But the really interesting part was the guide we met at the entrance. His enthusiasm was so great that even explaining tax filing would sound fascinating.
He gave us a short tour, and his passion was like someone who had just found the last piece of a 1,000-piece puzzle. He had a wealth of historical knowledge, but more than that, his storytelling was an art. It felt more like watching a blockbuster movie than attending a history class.
If you ever go to Hoi An, don't just pass by the Hainan Assembly Hall. Make sure to visit. If you're lucky, you might get to experience a tour by this incredibly passionate guide.
Just meeting someone who talks about ancient architecture as if they've won the lottery is enough to make the visit worthwhile.

173 years hall to worship 108 victims 🇻🇳
#vietnamtrip
Hainan Assembly Hall was constructed in 1851 with a purpose of memorial to the 108 Chinese traders from Hainan Island, China who were mistaken for pirates killed at sea by a Vietnamese general under King Tu Duc 🤴
Later on, Hainan Assembly Hall was transformed as a social space, spiritual and commercial business discussion place for Chinese immigrants from Hainan.
The center of the main hall is for worshiping 108 Chinese traders killed at sea while the God of Wealth is honored on the right side & the founders are worshiped on the left of the main hall 🙏
I am a Hainanese from Malaysian Chinese, when I step into the Hainan Assembly Hall in Hoi An, I feel inexplicable friendliness 🥹
To avoid the peak crowds & taking the best shots photos, the best time to visit the Hainan Assembly Hall is early morning 🤗
