He had a wealth of historical knowledge, but more than that, his storytelling was an art. It felt more like watching a blockbuster movie than attending a history class. If you ever go to Hoi An, don't just pass by the Hainan Assembly Hall. Make sure to visit. If you're lucky, you might get to experience a tour by this incredibly passionate guide.
